Data exchange requires an anonymized organization certificate in PFX or P12 format and its PIN. A personal certificate is not accepted. Register the same certificate in the information exchange profile for the selected GIIS environment before uploading it to the system.
1. Open settings and select the environment
- Open the GIIS DMDK extension settings.
- Select the required organization at the top of the page. Settings are stored separately for each organization.
- Select test for exchange checks or production for live requests.
2. Set up a profile in the GIIS account
Open the account for the selected environment: production or test. Create an information exchange profile, add the same certificate that you will upload to the system, and save the changes.
Profile setup confirmation is stored separately for test and production. Switching environments does not remove the uploaded certificate: make sure it is registered in the corresponding GIIS account and confirm setup for the selected environment.
3. Confirm setup and upload the certificate
- Return to the GIIS DMDK integration settings for the same organization and environment.
- Select the confirmation that the certificate being uploaded has been added to the information exchange profile and the changes have been saved.
- Select the anonymized organization certificate file in PFX or P12 format.
- Enter the certificate PIN and click Upload certificate.
4. Check service availability
Click Check service availability. The button checks the SOAP service response for the selected environment. This does not confirm certificate registration in the information exchange profile. Its suitability for data exchange is checked by an actual signed request.
