“Inventory” creates a one-time Excel file from current office goods. It does not create a revision, commission or inspection results. Its tables differ from the templates in a revision card.

Prepare the file

  1. Open “Accounting → Inventory”. Opening and downloading require different permissions. Select an accessible office of the required organization.
  2. Check “Inventory date”. It goes in the header but does not restore historical stock: even for a past date, current goods are selected. The automatic date comes from UTC and may differ from the office's local date.
  3. Select “Form type”, considering actual filtering. INV-3 includes electronics and other goods; INV-8, “INV-8 safe” and “INV-8 showcase” include jewelry. INV-2, INV-16 and INV-19 do not limit categories.
  4. Click “Download”, open the file and check the office, date, type name and contents.

What the file actually contains

Every type produces the same simple 14-column table: product details, state, prices and jewelry properties. “Result” and “Comment” stay empty. An INV name alone does not mean an official layout or completed stock check.

The “safe” and “showcase” names currently do not filter storage location or price approval. All three INV-8 variants select the same jewelry goods.

The list includes pawned goods, purchases, store goods, commission goods, B2B reservations and transfers. Sold, redeemed, written-off and seized goods, scrap and drafts are excluded. This system list must be matched separately against physical stock.

Check history

Refresh the page after downloading: “Latest exports” does not update automatically. It shows up to ten accessible recent files for this source. Check office, type, employee and size. A row downloads the saved file; a new “Download” builds a fresh table.

History times are not currently converted to the local time zone, so also check office, type and author to identify the required file.

When a saved inspection is needed

Create a revision and record actual inspection results. For official INV-3, INV-8 and reconciliation forms, export from its card. A one-time table does not replace those actions.
