A revision saves an office's product list and the results of a physical check. It does not automatically correct stock, prices or settlements. Viewing, creating, editing, deleting and exporting require the corresponding permissions and office access.

Create a revision

  1. Open “Accounting → Revisions” and click “Create”. Select an office of the required organization.
  2. Choose “Reason”: “Planned”, “Unplanned” or “Dismissal”. Select at least one “Commission” member from that organization. For dismissal, also select the “Dismissed employee”.
  3. Click “Create revision”. It starts at the current time, with the creator as responsible employee. You cannot choose a past start date. Dismissal still includes goods from the whole office, not just those of the selected employee.

The list is fixed at creation: pawned goods, purchases, store goods, commission goods, B2B reservations and transfers. Sold, redeemed, written-off or seized goods, scrap and drafts are excluded. Later movements do not rebuild the saved list. The reason and commission are not currently shown in the card, so check them when creating the revision.

Check every item

  1. In “Revision items”, match numbers, names and completeness against physical goods. Check every page, accounting for active filters. Each row initially has the “Unchecked” result.
  2. For an inspected matching unchecked row, open its ⋮ menu and click “Approve”. For several inspected matching rows, select them and choose “Approve selected”. This confirms the inspection result, not product prices.
  3. For a discrepancy, choose “Edit”. In “Product check result”, set “Presence” to “Missing” or “In stock”, then choose the specific result, such as “Under repair”, “Seized”, “Damaged” or “Regraded”.
  4. Add an explanation and responsible employees if needed, then save. Reopening the editor currently substitutes original prices for previously entered check prices. Do not use this form to change catalog prices, and check the fields before each save.

“Condition at revision” shows the saved inspection result. “Current condition”, serial number/IMEI and photos come from the currently accessible product card. If the product is deleted or becomes inaccessible, its revision row remains, but current details, links and photos may disappear.

Record a separate surplus

If an item is found outside the saved list, click “Add surplus”, fill in “Product description” and “Comment”, then save. This is a note in the separate “Surpluses” table, not a new catalog product or goods receipt. Check that table's records directly: the summary surplus counter is currently unpopulated.

Separate surplus records are excluded from the main table export and official INV forms. “Surplus” as a result on an existing main row is a different action and is included in the reconciliation statement.

Finish the check

  1. Check the “Checked” count against the whole list, all discrepancies, comments and separate surpluses. Remove filters that could hide unchecked rows. The program permits closing an incomplete check, so establish completeness yourself.
  2. Click “Close revision” and confirm. Check “Closed”. Results and surpluses can no longer be edited, and reopening is unavailable. Some edit actions remain visible, but the server rejects them.

Closing saves the inspection result. It does not write off shortages, move goods, change prices or transactions, make payments or dismiss staff. After an error, refresh the card and check the saved result before retrying.
