Your working office determines the organization you act on behalf of and its operating mode. Select the office where you are working before creating a contract or starting an operation.
Before you begin
- Sign in to the system. The list contains only active offices belonging to active organizations in your account.
- Administrators see all such offices in the account. Other employees see the offices they have been granted access to. Selecting an office does not grant additional permissions.
How to select an office
- Find Workplace in the sidebar. If no office is selected, it displays Select workplace.
- If you have access to several offices, click the current office name or Select workplace. The Workplace window opens. It also opens when the system requires an office selection before you can continue.
- Find the required office. If necessary, enter an office or organization name in Search by office or organization. Check the organization name beneath the office.
- Click the required office row and wait for the selection to finish. There is no separate save button.
If you have access to only one office, the system selects it automatically. The Workplace button is then unavailable for switching offices.
Check the result
The selection window closes and Workplace shows the selected office name. When you reopen the window, the current office has a check mark.
The selection changes your working organization and the time zone used to display times. It does not move existing records to another office. Some lists show data from all offices you can access; check the list's own filters when you need a specific selection.
If something goes wrong
- No offices found. Clear the search field. If the required office is still missing, ask an administrator to check your access and whether the office and its organization are active.
- There are no offices and the switcher is unavailable. Ask an administrator to check which active offices are assigned to you. Changing the language or signing in again does not grant access to a new office.
- The selected office is not available to the current user. Refresh the page and select an office from the current list. If the required office has disappeared, ask an administrator to check your access.
- The system asks you to select a workplace first. Complete the selection in the open window, then return to the required action.
- The office is selected but an action is unavailable. The office and permission for an action are checked separately. An office appearing in the list also does not confirm that it has paid access. Use the access guide to identify the cause.
