A missing menu item, an action being refused, and an empty table can have different causes. This guide helps you check the relevant condition and understand what you can do yourself and what an administrator needs to check.

Before checking

Make sure you are signed in with your own user account. Check your working office in Workplace. If the issue concerns a contract, product, or operation, open its details and note its number, office, and visible status.

What to check

What you see Cause and next step
Select a workplace first. If several offices are available and none is selected, the system requires a selection before you can continue. Choose the office where you are working using the office selection guide.
A section is missing from the menu The menu depends on your role's permissions, and some items also depend on extension availability. Ask an administrator to check permission to view the required section. A direct link does not grant that permission.
The section opens, but an action is missing or access is refused Permission to view does not automatically allow creating, editing, processing, or exporting. Ask an administrator to check permission for the specific action. An employee's position does not itself change role permissions.
The expected action is missing from a record's details Actions depend on the record's state and the organization's operating mode. Check the contract status and unfinished operations. Continue with the action provided for the current state; do not create a new operation to bypass a restriction.
A section is unavailable for the organization mode The selected office determines the current organization. Check that you chose an office of the organization where you intend to work.
An extension is disabled or unavailable If you have permission to manage extensions, open Extensions and check the reason for unavailability; otherwise contact an administrator. A paid extension requires valid payment for that specific extension: enabling it and having an office subscription do not replace that payment. An enabled integration may also require configuration.
There is a notice about no active subscription; only viewing is available Ordinary changes are restricted when the account has neither an active trial nor valid paid access for any office. Viewing remains available within your permissions, and selecting a working office is also allowed. If Open subscription is available, use it to open Subscription and billing; otherwise contact the person responsible for the subscription. Selecting an office does not confirm its paid access: check access periods for individual offices in the subscription section.
The table opens but the required record is missing Check the search, period, and other filters, as well as the record's office and your assigned access. Data may be absent or outside the offices and organizations you can access. Some lists show several accessible offices, so selecting a working office does not replace the filters. An empty table alone does not mean an action is forbidden.

Check the result

After selecting the correct office or having access changed, reopen the required section. Check that the required record and action are available for its current state. A menu item appearing does not confirm permission to perform every action within that section.

If the cause is still unclear

Prepare the section and action names, record number, working office, time of the attempt, visible message, and last known result. Give these details to an administrator or the person responsible for the process. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or integration keys.
