Select a workplace in the required organization and open the customer record. Viewing requires access to the record and the loyalty extension. Balance and history belong to the current office's organization and combine its offices; they are not added across all organizations in the account.

- In Basic information, find Points balance, Rating points, Points for pledges and Points for sales.
- Open Loyalty. Check the date, operation, category, entry type, amount and changes to points and rating.
- Distinguish a positive accrual from a negative reversal. If the result is unexpected, check the current office's organization and the relevant operation.
The record shows the latest 15 entries. There are currently no page controls, search or export for this history. The balance includes the organization's entire saved history, so it need not match the sum of only the visible rows.
Which operations earn rewards
| Operation | Amount used to select a tier |
|---|---|
| Loan | The loan amount. |
| Full extension | The remaining interest amount passed to the operation. |
| Partial extension | The operation's selected partial amount. |
| Redemption | The redemption amount. |
| Sale | The sale operation amount; for a retail sale, its total amount. |
Accrual happens after successful operation completion under its organization's saved rules. Loans, redemption and extensions belong to Pledge operations; a sale belongs to Sales. For sale of an item from a contract, the recipient is the original contract's customer, not necessarily the buyer. For a retail sale, the recipient is that sale's selected customer; without one, there is no accrual.
One tier is selected: the highest Amount from threshold that does not exceed the operation amount. Its points and rating are fixed values: tiers are not added together and do not define a percentage of the amount. There is no reward below the first threshold or with an empty tier list.
What happens on rollback
After a successful rollback, the system adds a separate reversal with the negative original points and rating. The original entry remains in history. Rules changed after accrual do not change that reversal amount; repeated processing of the same event does not create another such entry.
A separate sale return does not automatically trigger the loyalty reversal described here. Completing the same operation again after rollback does not currently restore its accrual automatically. Report discrepancies to the responsible employee with the operation, organization and history entry details.
If points are missing
- Check the current office's organization: a different organization has its own balance.
- Check that a supported operation has completed and its customer is identified.
- Ask the administrator to check the organization's saved rules, amount threshold and nonzero points or rating. Saving a transaction draft alone does not earn points.
- If conditions are met but no entry exists, contact support. There is no user recalculation or manual accrual in the record; a successful connection test does not confirm accrual.
Points and rating currently serve as program indicators. Paying with points, point discounts and privilege levels are not implemented. Disabling the extension in the catalog hides its interface, but currently does not guarantee that accrual under already active organization rules stops.
