Open Customers, find the person and open their record. Check the name and document before reviewing history. The record shows information available to your account and employee permissions; related transactions, goods and operations are also limited to accessible organizations and offices.
An auditor can edit an existing customer they have access to: click “Edit”, update personal details, addresses, documents and contacts, then click “Save changes” in the standard form. This role cannot create or delete customers.
To provide other questionnaire information, click “Edit”, enter plain text up to 2000 characters in the optional “Other information for the questionnaire” field and save your changes. Check the text in “Basic information”. This field is separate from the warning note above the tabs. In a new questionnaire, the text appears in item 26; an empty field is shown as “Absent”. Previously saved questionnaire versions are not rewritten.
Choose the right tab
| Tab | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Basic information | Personal details, status, addresses and, when loyalty is available, points and rating for the current organization. The customer note appears above the tabs. |
| Contacts and Documents | Saved phones, email, identity document details and scans attached to those documents. |
| Transactions and Goods | Related records, their states, terms and amounts. Opening a transaction or item requires the corresponding viewing permission. |
| Print forms | Ready document packages for operations. These are separate records, not scans of the customer's identity documents. |
| Address history and History of changes | Address versions or changes to the customer's main details, with date and employee. |
| Risks, Loyalty and Checks | Additional information available with the appropriate permissions and extensions. |
| Reasoned opinions | Reviews of the customer in reports 3701 and 3702. |
Checks against lists
- Open the customer record and the Checks tab. Viewing requires permission to view checks and access to Rosfinmonitoring.
- Review the list, result and match details in each check row. The Match review column shows the employee’s current decision, the reviewer and their comment.
- Not reviewed is shown before a decision is made. Multiple matches from one check are shown separately. You can choose the number of rows, change pages, sort by check date and configure visible columns.
Found means that the system detected matching details. After a Rejected decision, the check remains in the history with the employee’s decision alongside it. The same previously rejected match does not block an operation again. A new match requires a separate review. A dash is shown when no saved review information is available. Opening the table does not run a new check or change the customer’s status.
Find a transaction or item
- Open Transactions or Goods. Use the relevant table's search, filters, sorting and pages.
- Check the record's number, type and state. Current interest and redemption amount in a transaction concern that contract, not the customer's entire history.
- Open the required record using an available viewing action. One tab's filters do not change another table.
- If results are empty, clear filters and check access to offices and organizations. An empty selection does not prove that no records exist.
Read Customer totals
The summary below the Goods table covers the customer's entire accessible history. There is no period selector here; goods filters and pages do not change the totals. Amounts in different currencies are shown separately.
| Indicator | How to understand it |
|---|---|
| Total loans issued | The amount of unique loans with a completed disbursement that has not been rolled back. Drafts and unsuccessful disbursements are excluded; the number of items does not multiply the amount. |
| Interest paid | Completed interest payments on those loans minus actual refunds. Cancelled and replaced payments are excluded. Accrued debt and sale of collateral are not interest payments. |
| Redeemed pledge tickets | The number of issued loans with completed redemption without rollback, divided by all issued loans. Active loans are included in the total; sale of collateral is not redemption. |
For example, two redeemed loans out of five issued loans give 40%. With no completed disbursements, amounts are zero and the percentage is shown as —. Totals need not match a calculation for one office or only the visible table rows.
Print or download operation documents
- Open Print forms and select the required package by transaction and operation. Disbursement, extension and redemption of one pledge ticket have separate packages.
- Click Print: ready documents open in a new tab with browser printing.
- Click Download documents to receive a ZIP of saved files. Downloading does not create a new document revision.
A ready package does not confirm operation completion: documents may remain for an unfinished or cancelled operation. This tab has no version history or form regeneration. If printing reports a missing file or the archive is incomplete, check the package in the operation and report the problem to the responsible employee.
Reasoned opinions
Open Reasoned opinions. The tab is available to auditors, administrators and super administrators with permission to view additional customer data. One table contains reviews of this customer in reports 3701 and 3702; each report run has its own row, even for the same period. Unreviewed entries are not shown.
Each row shows the review date, report code and period, opinion and reviewer; the report generation date links to the original run if you have permission to view it. Filter by report code to show one report type. A dash indicates a review with no comment. The tab is read-only: you cannot add, edit or delete opinions here.
Later review dates appear first. For the same review date, the row from the more recently generated report appears first. Click Report generation date to change the order.
- Choose a report code, table view and sort order if needed.
- Click Export to get an Excel file with all matching opinions for this customer, not just the current page. The file uses the selected filters, columns and row order.
- To download a file again, click History next to Export and select a completed file in the export history.
To view opinions for all customers together, open Reports → Rosfinmonitoring → Reasoned opinions. You can filter by customer and report code and export the results to Excel. Access requires permission to view Rosfinmonitoring and reasoned opinions; opinions are still entered in the original report.
Distinguish the types of history
If No registration in Russia is available in the edit form, select it independently of citizenship. With it selected, leave the region empty, but still enter the registration address text; otherwise, choose a valid region from the list. Save and check the selection in the record and address history. Changing the selection saves a new address version without changing previous versions. The saved selection explicitly records no registration in Russia. In report 3702, a client with this selection is treated as registered outside the office's region if the other report conditions are met. An empty region without this selection does not by itself confirm registration abroad.
- Address history shows the region for each current and archived version. A registration address with the option selected shows No registration in Russia; other addresses without a region show a dash. Changing only the region keeps the old version with its previous region and a new current version with the new one. The Region column is shown in the system view and available in table settings; saved column selections stay unchanged.
- History of changes shows changes to the customer's main fields, documents, contacts and current addresses, scan attachments and removals, the date, employee and Before/After values.
- Select Download questionnaire in the card, then choose an organization and dated version. The workplace organization and its latest version are selected initially. An empty history never offers another organization’s questionnaire. Check the version in the XLSX filename. Downloading changes nothing.
Each organization has separate versions and update dates. The first questionnaire is created with the customer; another organization’s first version is created at operation start. Item 23 contains its first concluded contract date or Absent. The first contract creates a new version without changing the previous one.
A new version is created when there is an actual change to the full name, date of birth, citizenship, risk, politically exposed person details, tax ID (INN), pension insurance number (SNILS), primary identity document or stay document details, a current address, region, the “No registration in Russia” option or the “Other information for the questionnaire” field. This applies both to the full customer form and to separate document or address changes.
Changing shared information creates one version in each existing organization history. Check them through Download questionnaire. Unchanged saves, reordering documents, file-only actions and document verification create no versions.
A completed quarterly check creates a new questionnaire. After a check against updated lists, including special economic measures, a questionnaire is created only for a match not rejected by the compliance officer for the same details; risk becomes high. Without matches, only the Checks history is updated. Reprocessing the same run or revision creates no duplicate. Risk is not lowered automatically.
Items 21/22 of a new questionnaire show the first saved check against each List, the first detection of each independent match and all quarterly checks up to the creation of that version. Intermediate checks without matches and repeats of known matches are omitted. A match first detected by a daily or pre-operation check is included. Quarterly checks retain their own results, even when performed on the same day. Full match details and List revision information appear at the first detection. A repeated quarterly finding shows a brief result, the first detection date and the subject record number when saved. A check is not repeated because it meets several selection criteria. Ambiguous matches are not merged by name alone.
For a match, the questionnaire separately shows “List publication date”: the publication date of the revision used in that check. This is not the check date, file download date or the date the person was listed. For the interagency commission, the decision text supplied by the source is also shown, including its number and date when provided. A subject record number is not a List or decision number.
These details come from the saved check result, not today's List revision. If the date or decision details were not saved, “Absent” is shown. Downloading again does not add new information to an old questionnaire.
A potential match is not confirmed membership. The compliance decision known when the version was created is shown separately as “Match confirmed” or “Match rejected”. The review date and comment appear with the first match description; repeated quarterly entries retain a brief decision without repeating the comment. Rejecting a match does not remove the original finding. Unchecked Lists are identified. The first questionnaire may be created before the new customer's background check: it then shows “Checks not performed”, and the next version can include the first actual check. The customer record date is not substituted for the check date. The full journal remains in Checks. Later checks and decisions do not change a saved version; long text is exported without truncation.
Uploading a file alone, an unchanged revision or a skipped check does not create a questionnaire. Daily checks, checks when customer data changes and pre-operation checks only add to “Checks” on their own. Data changes remain a separate trigger, as described above. Automatic checks do not substitute an employee for the customer record's creator or editor.
Empty questionnaire values are shown as “Absent”. The employee who decided to accept the customer for service and the employee who completed the questionnaire are both the creator of the customer record.
The employee who updated the questionnaire is the last person to make a meaningful change to customer data, including documents and addresses, not the person who initiated a report or check. If there is no editor, the employee is unknown or their full name or position is missing, the corresponding value is shown as “Absent”.
In item 4 of a new questionnaire, a Russian passport department code has a “department code” label and a hyphen: “department code 232-007”. Leading zeros are preserved. Foreign codes keep their own format. A foreign citizen’s passport with an empty optional department code omits both the code and its label. Other missing applicable details are shown as “Absent”.
A foreign citizen’s passport shows its validity dates before the filled department code: “Valid from” when explicitly filled, then “Expiry date”. The issue date and issuing authority appear before the validity dates. A missing passport expiry date is shown as “Absent”, not as indefinite validity.
For a foreign citizen’s or stateless person’s residence permit without an expiry date, the term reads “from the issue date, valid indefinitely”. If an expiry date is filled, it remains in the questionnaire; the start is the filled valid-from date, or the issue date when no valid-from date is provided. An issuing authority is not added separately to a residence permit in item 5. Temporary residence permits, visas and migration cards retain their terms. These rules do not change the document in the customer record or previously saved questionnaires.
Previously saved versions retain their authorship. When a previously saved questionnaire is exported, its empty cells are shown as “Absent”; other data is not refreshed from the current customer record or new check results.
Change history requires separate permission; questionnaires and risks require permission to view additional data. Loyalty depends on its extension, and Checks on the Rosfinmonitoring integration. Ask the administrator about access. Event dates and times use the current workplace's time zone, while birth dates and document dates remain calendar dates.
