This guide is for administrators. Rules are set separately for each organization and apply to its subsequent completed operations. They do not change loan tariffs, interest or payment terms, and do not enable point discounts.
Open the right organization's settings
- Open Extensions, find the loyalty program and connect it if it is not enabled yet. The extension is free and requires available customer and operation modules.
- Click Configure. The standard catalog entry requires permissions to manage extensions and view integration settings. If the action is unavailable, check permissions with the account administrator.
- Select the organization at the top of the page. Check that its rules are the ones you intend to change: saving does not apply them to other organizations.
Set reward tiers
Loans, redemption, full extension, partial extension and sale have separate tier lists. Each row contains three values.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Amount from | The minimum operation amount for this tier in the organization's currency. The threshold is nonnegative, with two decimal places. |
| Points | A fixed nonnegative number of points. Enter a whole number. |
| Rating | A fixed nonnegative rating change. Enter a whole number. |
- Add a tier row for the required operation type and complete all values.
- Add further thresholds or remove unnecessary rows if needed. Do not repeat a threshold within the same operation type.
- Leave the list empty if that type should not earn new rewards. Zero points and rating also do not create an accrual.
- Check all five lists and save the entire configuration. Correct any reported errors before saving again.
Only the highest reached tier is selected for the operation amount. For example, if a threshold of 10,000 awards 10 points and a threshold of 20,000 awards 25 points, an operation for 15,000 earns 10 points. Reached tiers are not added together; the operation amount is not multiplied by the entered points.
Check that settings were saved
- Reopen settings for the same organization and check the saved rows.
- After the next normal completed operation of the required type, open the customer from an office in that organization.
- Compare the accrual in Loyalty with the operation amount and selected tier, and the total in Basic information. For a sale, first check which customer receives the reward.
Saving the configuration activates the organization's rules. Check the result during normal work; do not create a separate financial operation just for a test. The connection test does not check accrual, and past history is not recalculated automatically after tier changes.
Change or stop rewards
To change rules, save new tiers for the required organization. To stop new rewards for a type, empty its list and save; for all types, empty all five lists. Old entries remain, and rollback of an earlier accrual uses its original points and rating.
Do not treat disabling the extension in the catalog as confirmation that accrual has stopped: it currently closes the interface but does not disable the organization's already active rules. This page has no separate organization program switch. After changing rules, check the next normal operation's result; contact support about discrepancies.
