Start with a saved draft whose customer and collateral have been checked. The loan operation goes through data review, documents, payout and the required cash-register steps. Successful completion changes the deal to a loan with the Main period status.
A pledge ticket number is assigned when the operation starts. The number, a sent code or a payout request does not yet mean that issuance is complete.
Before starting
- Make sure the organization uses Pawnshop mode and the deal is in preparation with an individual as the customer.
- You need deal editing and loan issuance permissions and access to the deal's office.
- Check the customer, documents, contacts and collateral. A blocked customer or a confirmed blocking control match prevents starting. If the system requires a match to be reviewed, an authorized employee must perform a separate check.
- Prepare a suitable tariff, permitted payout method and document templates. Signing with a code requires an active customer mobile contact and an available configured channel.
- If a receipt is required, check the connected cash register, open shift and cashier permissions beforehand. This is a condition of the cash-register step, rather than draft saving.
Select the tariff and payout method
- Click Apply for a loan in the draft card.
- Check the operation type and displayed amount. Select Tariff from those eligible for this deal's organization. Availability, effective period, collateral category, amount and customer restrictions are considered.
- Select an available payout option in Payment method. If mixed payout is allowed, specify a cash part and one cashless part, and check them in Amount distribution: their total must equal the loan amount.
- For a simple electronic signature, enable Electronic signing with the client code. An unchecked box selects paper signing; electronic signing is not enabled automatically when opening a loan.
- Click Next and wait for the current operation to open.
There is no separate term field in this window. The selected tariff determines the main and grace periods, rates and how the issuance day is counted. Check the terms before signing. Final dates are calculated from the actual loan opening in the deal office's time zone.
Cancel in this window closes the options without starting. If an operation has already started, use Open current operation instead of issuing a new loan.
Follow the operation steps
| Step | Action and result |
|---|---|
| Data review | Check the customer, active documents, phone, products and amounts. This screen is for the employee's review. If the details are correct, click Next. |
| Document preparation or Document signing | Open the generated package and check the details and terms. Follow the selected paper or electronic process described below. For electronic signing, Next becomes available after the entire current package is signed. |
| Issue funds | Carry out the selected payout method and check its result. Card and SBP require a confirmed payout of the correct amount before proceeding. Then click Next. |
| Print receipt, if enabled | Check the cash register, shift, method and amount. Use the receipt printing action. Once all required parts are printed successfully, the system moves to completion automatically. There is no separate Next button on this step. |
| Complete | Wait for The operation was completed successfully! This step already displays the result; there is no additional completion confirmation button. Click Go to view and check the deal card. |
If fiscalization is disabled, successfully proceeding from the payout step completes the operation immediately. Waiting for a payout, signature, receipt or approval leaves it unfinished.
Documents and signing
The package is generated on entering the step. Its contents depend on active templates, collateral type, operation profile, payout and signing mode. For paper signing, print the documents with Print all documents and obtain the customer's physical signature. The system does not record separate confirmation of paper signing. If the package is empty, check the configuration with an administrator: being able to proceed does not itself confirm that the documents are ready.
- For electronic signing, select the customer's Phone number and an available Delivery channel.
- Click Send code and ask the customer to review the documents.
- Enter the code received by the customer and click Confirm. Wait for Documents signed, then proceed.
- If the code did not arrive, use Didn't receive the code? Change delivery method. An expired code is replaced with a new request; the form shows when another send is available.
Electronic signing requires a nonempty, fully signed package. If Update documents is available after correcting data, review the package again and request a new code: the old signature or code does not confirm changed documents. Available channels depend on operation settings and working integrations.
Pay out by the selected method
- Cash. Check the amount, hand the money to the customer and click Next. Proceeding records the outgoing payment; there is no separate cash payout confirmation button.
- Card, if available. Check the recipient details and click Send payment to register a request. This button does not itself make a bank transfer. After the actual transfer and verifying receipt, use Confirm receipt. You cannot proceed before that.
- SBP, if connected. Get the bank list, select the customer's bank and use Check payment. After successful checking, use Make a payment and wait for a confirmed result. A sent request or waiting for a response is not yet a successful payout.
- Mixed payout. Check both parts; the cashless part requires its own confirmation. Do not repeat a completed transfer simply to proceed to the next step.
Recipient details on the payout step are read-only. Correct them in the customer card. If a request has already been sent or money transferred, first check its state and agree on further action with the responsible employee.
Check that issuance is complete
- The operation has Completed status.
- The deal card shows the Loan type and Main period status.
- The products have moved to Pledged.
- In Payments and Documents, check the outgoing payment, its amount and method, current documents and electronic signature if used; when fiscalization is enabled, also check the receipt result.
- Check the tariff, actual opening date and calculated period dates.
If processing stops
- Open the current operation and read the reason. If tariffs, payout methods or signing channels are missing, an administrator must check the deal organization's and office's settings.
- For a control match or approval, wait for an authorized employee's decision. Reloading the page does not remove a block.
- Back returns to the previous step, but does not undo money or documents. Correcting draft composition first requires a permitted cancellation of the unfinished operation.
- Cancel operation has its own confirmation and restrictions. Ordinary cancellation is prohibited after a successful SBP payout. It does not make an automatic bank refund; do not create another issuance until you have checked the first one's result.
