In “Extensions”, you can find a capability, connect it and open its settings or working section. You can also enable previously disabled extensions here. Connecting allows use of an extension; configuring it is a separate step.
Before you begin
- Log in as an administrator with permission to manage extensions. Settings pages and working sections may require additional permissions.
- Select your working office.
- Connecting, enabling and disabling require active account access: an active trial or paid access for at least one office.
- Connecting and disabling affect the entire account, including other organizations and offices. Before disabling, agree the change with employees who use the extension.
How to find an extension
- Click “Extensions” at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Select “All” to see the full available catalog. In “Find an extension”, enter its name or a word from the description.
- If needed, use “Connected”, “Core”, “Modules” or “Integrations”. “Connected” shows currently available extensions, including core ones.
- Read the card's description and status. “Core” means the capability belongs to the basic set and cannot be disabled manually. Extensions marked “Free” need no separate connection payment in the catalog.
Buttons depend on the extension and its status. A missing “Connect” button on a core or already available capability does not itself indicate an error.
How to connect or enable
- If the card shows “Not connected”, click “Connect”. If it shows “Disabled”, click “Enable”.
- Wait for the message that the extension has been connected or enabled. These actions do not open a separate confirmation dialog.
- Check that the status has changed to “Connected”. If an error appears, read it and resolve the stated cause before trying again.
Some capabilities are already enabled when you start working. Check their settings or open their working section first; they do not need connecting again.
How to open settings and the working section
- In an available card, click “Configure” if present. Click “Open” for the working section. If settings and the working page are the same, only “Open” appears.
- Check which organization or office the page belongs to. Complete the necessary fields and save changes on that page. Fields and the scope of settings depend on the selected extension.
- For “Contract tariffs”, prepare contract terms; for “Operations”, check operation processing settings. For an integration, fill in its connection parameters and check the result using its guide.
“Connected” does not confirm that an external integration is configured and working. Some cards have no separate page or “Open” or “Configure” buttons: their capabilities are used in other application sections.
How to disable an extension
- Find the connected extension and click “Disable”, if the button is available.
- In “Disable extension”, check the name. The warning says that the extension will become unavailable for the account.
- Click “Cancel” to stop, or “Disable” to confirm, then wait for the successful disabling message.
- Check the “Disabled” status. To restore access, use “Enable” on the same card.
Disabling changes access to the extension's capabilities. It does not cancel completed operations or delete their documents. Sections of the disabled extension may become unavailable for viewing.
The system will prevent disabling if other enabled capabilities depend on the extension. The rejection message lists their names. First check whether they are needed for work; not every dependency can be disabled manually.
Check the result
- The catalog shows the expected status: “Connected” after connection or enabling, “Disabled” after disabling. Core extensions use “Available”.
- After configuring, reopen the relevant page and check saved values for the correct organization or office. Then check the required capability in its working section.
- Changing the working office may change availability because another organization has a different mode. This does not mean the extension was disabled for the account.
If a problem occurs
- The card cannot be found. Select “All” and clear search.
- “Dependency unavailable”. Other available extensions are needed. The card shows a general status without listing names. If a detailed message does not explain the cause, ask an administrator which dependencies are required.
- Disabling is forbidden. Check dependent capabilities' names in the message. “KKM server” cannot be disabled because the core “Cash shifts” extension depends on it. “Cash shifts” cannot be disabled manually; repeated button clicks will not resolve this.
- The catalog opens, but changes are not saved. Check the active trial or paid access for at least one office. Viewing the catalog does not itself confirm permission to save changes.
- The extension is connected, but its section will not open. Check section permissions and your working office. For an integration, also check its own settings. Connecting an extension does not grant employee permissions or access to other offices.
