Enter the organization's details, add bank accounts and choose the default account. You can also change whether the organization is active, move it to the archive or restore it.

Before you begin

How to open or add an organization

  1. Open Organization in the sidebar, then Organizations. Find the required row and click Edit organization in the Actions column.
  2. For a new organization, click Add organization. Complete the required fields. Click Continue and wait for the form to open.
  3. Check any details filled in from DaData. If the lookup fails, fill in the form manually. To correct the tax ID at this stage, click Change tax ID.

How to enter organization details

  1. In Basic information, check Type, Name and Tax ID. These fields are required. If needed, enter the full name, KPP, OGRN / OGRNIP, OKPO, OKTMO, OKVED, registration date, director and chief accountant.
  2. For a new legal entity, select its Operating mode: Pawnshop or Commission store. A sole proprietor uses Commission store mode. The operating mode cannot be changed after the organization is created.
  3. Pawnshop mode provides the Central Bank pawnshop registry section with the registry entry number and inclusion date. These fields are not used in Commission store mode.
  4. In Contacts and addresses, enter the phone, Email, website, legal address and postal address as needed.

How to add an account and choose the default

  1. Go to Bank details. Fill in Bank, BIK, Correspondent account and Settlement account. To add another account, click Add in this section.
  2. Select Default for the required account. One of the saved accounts will be the default. If none is selected, the first account becomes the default.
  3. Check Active for each account. Clearing this checkbox keeps the details and does not clear Default. If your main account has changed, select another default account separately.
  4. Remove an unwanted row using its trash button. The button is available when the form contains more than one row. The removal takes effect when you save the whole form. Completely empty rows are not saved.
  5. Click Save. The organization details and all account changes are saved together; there is no separate account save button.

If entered, BIK must contain 9 digits, and the correspondent and settlement accounts must each contain 20 digits. If an error appears, check the highlighted field against the bank's details and save again.

Active status and the archive

The organization's Active checkbox controls whether it is available for work. If you clear it and save the form, the organization remains in the regular list with the Inactive status, and its offices disappear from the workplace selector. To make it available again, select Active and save. The offices themselves must also be active, and the employee must have access to them.

Archiving is a separate action. The organization must have no active offices, and another active organization must remain in the account.

  1. In the regular list, click Archive organization in its row and confirm. Once archived, the organization disappears from the regular list.
  2. To find it in the archive, set Show archived to Yes.
  3. To bring it back, click Restore organization and confirm. The organization becomes active and returns to the regular list. The status of its offices does not change; check their availability separately.

Check the result

Wait for a successful save message. In the list, check the name, mode, status and Bank column, which shows the default account. Reopen the form and check the details and account checkboxes. After restoring an organization, set Show archived back to No to see it in the regular list.
