A B2B contract is required to sell electronics and other store goods to another organization in the same account. This agreement between organizations differs from the internal product transaction and an office transfer.

Create the seller's contract

  1. Select a working office of the seller organization. Open “Accounting → B2B contracts”. Viewing and editing accounting require different permissions; creating and editing require edit access.
  2. Search for an existing contract by number, organization or TIN. Sending requires an active contract with the chosen buyer.
  3. If none exists, click “Create contract”. Enter “Contract date” and “Contract number”. The number must be unique within the seller organization.
  4. In “Organization”, choose an active buyer organization in the same account. The current organization is excluded. Check the name and TIN and both parties' details needed for the acceptance act.
  5. Choose “Active” and the “Regular” or “Agency” type, then save. Check the contract row in the list.

Understand status and type

An inactive contract stays in the list, but cannot be selected for a new set or used to send a draft. “Agency” is currently a classification only: it does not start a separate commission calculation, agency payment or different act.

The register stores contract details, but does not create its signed text. Saving does not create a sale, send goods or make a payment. Next, prepare a B2B set in the product catalog.

Edit or delete

Open editing through the contract row menu, change the fields and save. A contract already used in a B2B set cannot be reassigned to another buyer or deleted. Other details and status can be edited; remember that the act reads the contract's current details.

After an error, check required fields, buyer identity and number uniqueness. If an active contract is missing when preparing a sale, check the current seller organization and chosen buyer.
