Use this process for a separate cash deposit or withdrawal at a office with a cash register. A deposit uses a cash receipt order (PKO), and a withdrawal uses a cash disbursement order (RKO). Record a customer's contract payment in its operation, and use a cash transfer to move money to another office.
Check readiness
- Select the correct workplace. In “Cash register”, check the office, device, open shift and cash balance. You need cash operation permission and office access.
- Check the physical amount. If a shift closing package is already prepared, new movements are blocked: discuss the shift's state with the responsible person first.
Record the movement
- Click “Deposit” or “Withdrawal”. Enter a positive “Amount”, select “Responsible” and “Basis”, and check automatically selected values. The responsible person is the employee named in the order, not an arbitrary message recipient.
- If the basis is missing, contact the person managing “Accounting” → “Receipt types”. It must match the movement direction and be available in the deposit or withdrawal selector.
- Click “Print cash receipt order” or “Print cash disbursement order”. Review the opened form and print it. Allow the application's popup if blocked. This preliminary form creates no movement or receipt and does not assign the final order number.
- Return to the form and click “Print receipt”. Hand over or receive cash according to the direction and your organization's procedure. If the amount, basis or responsible employee changed, open the order again first. Wait for the device command and result to be saved in the application.
- Check the success message, refreshed balance and shift entry. The printer icon beside a movement in the shift card reopens the saved order without another deposit or withdrawal. Its final number may differ from the preliminary number.
Sign the saved order
If the organization uses PEP, the assigned responsible employee signs the individual order. When the current employee is the signer, the signing window opens after a successful deposit or withdrawal. Check the document type, final number, amount and signer; select the employee's phone and available SMS or Telegram, then confirm the code.
If you close the window or enter a wrong code, the movement remains recorded. Open “Cash register” → “Awaiting signature” → “Sign” and sign the same order. You cannot sign on another employee's behalf. After resending, use the latest code. An unsigned order blocks regular shift closing in PEP mode; manual mode does not open a code window.
If the command or saving fails
Do not click “Print receipt” again immediately after a timeout or error: the device may have completed the movement even if the application does not show it. Save the message, amount, device and attempt time. Check the device result, receipt, movement and shift balance with the responsible person. A missing entry or linked order does not prove the command failed. Repeat a command or physical cash handover only after establishing the previous outcome. Use the agreed cash correction process for a saved document.
