A cash transfer links the sender's withdrawal to a later deposit at the recipient. It is available between offices with cash registers within one organization. The application records stages but does not transport money: arrange physical delivery under your organization's rules.

Before sending

Record dispatch

  1. Click “Transfer between offices”. Check the displayed “Sender office”, which cannot be changed here. Select “Recipient office”, enter a positive “Amount” and an optional “Comment”.
  2. The recipient may be another active office of the current organization even if you cannot work there yourself. Other organizations' offices are not offered. Do not substitute a similarly named office for the agreed recipient.
  3. Click “Print disbursement order”, check the offices and amount, and print the RKO. This is preliminary: no transfer or withdrawal is created yet, and no final number is assigned. Reopen the order after changing the recipient or amount.
  4. Return to the form and click “Print receipt”. Wait for the device's successful withdrawal and saved dispatch. Do not start the same transfer from another screen or account in parallel.
  5. Open “Accounting” → “Cash transfers” and the correct card. Check the amount, offices, “In transit” status, sender, sending time and “Withdrawal” details. The recipient's deposit appears only after acceptance. Deliver the cash as agreed and tell the recipient which transfer to accept.

Check the order and acceptance

In PEP mode, dispatch does not automatically open signing. The sending employee signs their RKO through “Cash register” → “Awaiting signature” → “Sign”. Choose the employee's phone and available SMS or Telegram, then confirm the code. Closing the signing window does not cancel the withdrawal. Manual mode needs no code window.

“In transit” confirms saved dispatch, not acceptance. After a successful recipient deposit, the status becomes “Completed” and “Deposit” is filled in. Use “Status” and “Office” filters; the period refers to entry creation, not receipt time. At day boundaries, do not treat date filter results as proof that a transfer is absent.

If dispatch does not complete

“Awaiting withdrawal” means dispatch is not recorded as completed. After an error or timeout, it does not prove the device did not perform the command. Save the message and check the device, receipt, balance, movement and transfer card with the responsible person. A movement may exist without a completed transfer link.

Do not create another transfer or hand over cash again just to get the desired status. If the previous command is confirmed not executed, continue the existing transfer in its card: “Print disbursement order”, then “Print receipt”. Stop if the outcome is unknown. The current interface has no amount edit, partial dispatch or cancellation button for this transfer.
