A B2B set transfers goods to a buyer organization in the same account. The sale is recorded after the buyer accepts. This is a separate process; a retail sale or an office transfer does not replace it.
Prepare goods and parties
- Select the seller's working office. In “Products → Product catalog”, select electronics or other store goods from one accessible office of that organization. Jewelry and vehicles are excluded.
- Every item needs a positive appraisal amount. That amount becomes the item's B2B sale amount. The display sale price, its approval and minimum price are not substituted for the appraisal amount.
- Read the reasons for unavailable rows. An item in another active B2B set or otherwise blocked from sale cannot be added. Creating requires separate permission and product access; sending requires permission to process B2B sets.
- Check the seller's active B2B contract with the buyer. Both organizations must be in the same account, the buyer active and the destination office operational. The current form validates a TIN.
Create and send a set
- Choose the bulk action “Sell to organization”. Select the buyer, its office and an active B2B contract. Add notes if needed.
- Check the list and total. Amounts come from appraisals and cannot be edited in this dialog. Create the set and open its card.
- Check “Draft”, the seller, buyer, offices, contract and every item. A draft already prevents adding the goods to another B2B set, but does not yet reserve them for shipment. The card cannot edit contents or prices; cancel an incorrect set and prepare a new one.
- Click “Send” and check the awaiting-acceptance status. The goods are reserved for B2B sale and recipients get tasks. Hand over the goods through your agreed process. Sending does not create a completed sale or bank transfer.
Cancel before acceptance
The seller can click “Cancel” for a draft or a set awaiting acceptance and provide an explanation. The set remains canceled, shipped goods are released from reservation and recipient tasks close. The reason prompt cannot safely abort this action: closing it or pressing Escape currently still cancels with an empty reason. Do not click “Cancel” until you have decided to cancel. Agree on the physical return first: canceling a record does not bring goods back.
Buyer rejection also cancels the set with a reason. The same set cannot be sent again; resolve the reason and prepare a new set. Accepted sets cannot be canceled through this action.
Check completion
After acceptance, the set becomes accepted. Its card shows both parties' results: the seller's original goods and the buyer's new goods. “Seal of the act” opens the acceptance act even before acceptance, so a printed document does not prove completion.
Accounting entries for bank-account payments are created at acceptance. Verify actual receipt of money separately against bank records. After an error, refresh the card and establish its current status before retrying.
