Acceptance completes the sender's B2B sale and creates goods for the buyer organization. It covers the whole set. Accepting or rejecting requires buyer-office access, product viewing and permission to process B2B sets.
Find and check the set
- Select a working office of the buyer organization. Open the acceptance task in “My tasks” or the set card in “Products → B2B kits”.
- Check the number, awaiting-acceptance status, parties and offices, and B2B contract number and date. The list shows outgoing sales for limited liability companies and incoming sets for individual entrepreneurs, with no direction switch. If the set is missing, check the current working organization and tell the responsible person its number.
- Match the entire list with physically received goods, and check line amounts and the total. The card shows the seller's original goods; buyer goods and its transaction do not exist until acceptance.
- If needed, open “Seal of the act” to print the acceptance act and check parties' details, contract, contents and amounts. It opens before acceptance too. The set number and act number differ; acts are numbered sequentially within the chosen B2B contract.
Accept or reject
If the whole set matches the agreement, click “Accept” and wait for the result. Partial acceptance or shortage marks for individual rows are not available here.
If acceptance is impossible, click “Reject” and provide a reason. The set becomes canceled, the seller's reservation is released and no buyer goods are created. Recipient tasks close. Agree on physical return separately; after correction, the seller creates a new set.
Check acceptance results
- The set is accepted and has an acceptance date. The acting employee's task is complete and other recipients' tasks are closed.
- The seller's original goods are sold. Each line has a completed sale operation and an incoming accounting payment by bank account.
- The buyer has one purchase transaction with the seller organization as counterparty and new store goods at the receiving office. These are copies with new numbers, not a change of office for the original goods.
- In the set card, check the mapping from the original goods and transaction to the buyer's new goods and transaction. The new product's previous-organization tab records its origin.
- For an individual-entrepreneur buyer, a positive copied display price is approved at acceptance. If there was no price, prepare one separately before retail sale.
Acceptance does not start the buyer's ordinary purchase operation, document printing or cash payout. The seller's accounting payment does not confirm a bank transfer: verify the actual settlement separately.
Act, export and errors
After acceptance, check the act and both parties' signatures again. Printing opens HTML rather than a saved signed document. The act date comes from acceptance, or before then from sending or creation. The act uses its saved number but current contract and organization details; reprinting after edits may differ. Only accepted sets enter the separate B2B accounting export: a sale for the seller, a purchase for the buyer.
If the result is unknown, refresh the card and check the status and created records before retrying. An accepted set cannot be accepted again. Cancellation is unavailable for an accepted set. Do not use an ordinary retail return to correct it: that action does not cancel the B2B set or the buyer's new goods. Give the responsible person its number, contents, result and reason for correction.
