A partial extension pays calculated interest for the selected days and shifts the term by those days. The principal remains, and some interest may remain unpaid. It differs from a full extension even when the maximum option covers all current interest.
When options are available
- You need a loan in “Pawnshop” mode in its main period, grace period or ready-for-sale state, shown as “Ready for implementation”. Partial extension does not apply to commission contracts.
- The principal and interest balances are positive; interest is less than 90% of outstanding principal. The system has calculated available term and amount options.
- Usually at least 10 available days must be paid. For a ready-for-sale contract the minimum can be higher. Use the actual options rather than relying only on the “min. 10 days” label.
- The issue date in the contract office's time zone, an unfinished operation, pending tariff change or blocked customer prevents starting. You need partial extension and entry-point permissions and access to the office. The server checks even a displayed button again.
Choose the term and amount
- In “Payment reception”, choose the right contract and “Partial extension” → “Accept payment”, or click “Partial extension” in the card.
- Select days from the offered options. Each term has its own calculated amount; you cannot replace the option with an arbitrary amount.
- Choose the payment method. For mixed payment, choose days before starting: the parts must add up to the selected option's amount, rather than the entire interest balance.
- Confirm the window and check the days, amount and balance at “Term selection”. For a single method, you can select or change days here using a quick option, an exact number or ± buttons; click “Save selection” before continuing. Days are locked when a mixed payment distribution is saved.
- Click “Next”. If approval is requested, wait for the responsible person's decision first; rejection cancels the operation.
Option amounts are calculated from current unpaid interest and the available number of days. Do not manually multiply a tariff rate by the chosen term: tariff days and previously paid periods can differ.
Accept payment
- At “Accept funds”, check the selected option's exact amount. Receive cash and check change, or separately confirm actual card payment. Click “Next” after receiving the money. The cash received field helps calculate change and does not itself confirm payment. For mixed payment, check change against the cash part separately.
- For available SBP, create a session and obtain a link, then give the customer the link or QR. Wait for the right amount to be confirmed; “Check status” updates the outcome. A link or waiting status is not completed payment.
- Perform “Print receipt” if enabled. After all parts are successfully fiscalized, the operation completes automatically. Without the register step, it completes by continuing from fund acceptance.
The current partial extension has no document preparation or signing with a customer code. The “Complete” screen with “Operation completed successfully!” shows an already posted operation.
What changes after completion
- A completed operation and incoming payment appear in the history.
- The interest balance falls by the amount paid; principal remains outstanding. Check the remaining interest in the card.
- The calculation start of the paid period shifts from the previous extension or opening date by the selected days. It is not necessarily today's date. Main and grace period end dates shift as well.
- The state follows the updated dates: it does not always return to “Main period”. “Last extension date” shows the operation date and differs from the calculation start of the paid period.
- The interest schedule does not restart for either fixed or differentiated tariffs. Paying all interest through the maximum partial option does not turn it into a full extension.
If the Central Bank report is available to you, its breakdown shows the terms as of the reporting date. An extension completed after that date does not change the historical main and grace period end dates. For example, an extension on October 5 does not change the dates in the September 30 breakdown.
If there are no options or the operation stopped
Check the actual day range, debt balances, date, permissions and unfinished operation. Do not choose a term outside the offered list. For an error after payment, open the existing operation and check the money and receipt. “Back” does not cancel money received; ordinary cancellation does not perform a bank refund and is blocked after successful SBP payment. A responsible employee must check late payment of a cancelled operation before money is collected again.
Use the contract and operation currency. Payment with points and manual discounts are not provided in this scenario.
