A full extension pays all currently unpaid interest. It does not repay the principal, and the pledged items remain with the organization. The new term appears after the operation completes.
Check whether extension is available
- For a loan, the organization operates in “Pawnshop” mode and the contract is in its main period, grace period or ready-for-sale state, shown as “Ready for implementation”.
- Extension is unavailable on the issue date in the contract office's time zone or when interest is zero. Buyout can be available on the issue date if its conditions are met.
- You need full extension permission and the permissions for the entry point: contract editing for its card, or payment reception and cashier operation for reception. You must have access to the relevant office.
- An unfinished operation, pending tariff change, blocked customer or blocking control match prevents a new start. A visible button alone does not prove eligibility: the server checks the state again.
Start the operation
- Open the right loan through “Payment reception” and choose “Full extension” → “Accept payment”, or click “Carry out an extension” in the contract card.
- Check the customer, pledge ticket number, current interest and operation office. Choose an available payment method. If mixed payment is enabled, the cash and one cashless part must add up to the total.
- Confirm the window with “Go to operation” in reception or “Next” in the card. “Cancel” closes the window without starting.
- If “Request extension” appears, submit the approval request. Steps remain blocked until the responsible person decides. Approval allows continuation; rejection cancels the operation.
This extension has no separate choice of a new tariff, manual discount or payment with loyalty points. The contract's tariff determines its term and subsequent rates. Loyalty can award rewards after completion, but does not settle the debt.
Accept money and complete
- At “Data review”, check the customer, items and full interest amount, then click “Next”.
- At “Accept funds”, receive the money first. For cash, check the amount and give the correct change; “Cash received” is only a helper calculator. For mixed payment, check change against the cash part separately. For card payment, separately verify successful payment: this step records an accounting payment and does not execute a bank transaction. Click “Next” after checking.
- For configured SBP, create a session, obtain a link, give the customer the link or QR and wait for payment confirmation. Use “Check status” if needed. Creating the link does not mean money has arrived; continuation requires confirmation for the right amount.
- If fiscalization is enabled, check the register and shift and perform “Print receipt”. After all required parts, the system proceeds to completion automatically. If the register step is disabled, continuing from fund acceptance completes the operation.
This extension has no document preparation, signing or customer code step. The “Complete” screen with “Operation completed successfully!” already confirms the outcome; there is no separate final posting button.
Check the outcome
- The operation has completed and incoming payments are saved.
- The paid interest balance is cleared; the principal remains. New daily interest can accrue after payment.
- The contract returns to “Main period”. Check the last extension date and main and grace period end dates in its card.
- For a fixed tariff, a full extension restarts the interest schedule from the next local day. A differentiated tariff continues its schedule; not every tariff restarts in the same way.
If the Central Bank report is available to you, its breakdown shows the terms as of the reporting date. An extension completed after that date does not change the historical main and grace period end dates. For example, an extension on October 5 does not change the dates in the September 30 breakdown.
If payment or a transition did not complete
Open the existing operation and check its status, payments and receipt before collecting money again. “Back” changes the step and does not refund payment. Ordinary cancellation does not perform a bank refund and is blocked after successful incoming SBP payment. If an old link is paid after cancellation, ask the responsible employee to check it; do not collect again before resolving the first payment.
If an operation remains unfinished into the next day and new accruals appear, compare the operation amount with the current interest balance again before taking money. Ask the responsible employee to resolve any mismatch.
Use the contract and operation currency.
