Buyout completes loan servicing and documents the return of all pledged items to the customer. Its sequence differs from loan issuance: data is checked and money accepted first, followed by the separate buyout package and receipt if required.

Check the contract and amount

Choose payment and signing

  1. In “Payment reception”, choose “Buyout” → “Accept payment”, or use the card's buyout action labelled “Carry out a ransom”. Check the number, customer, items, amount and operation office.
  2. Choose an available payment method. Mixed buyout allows only cash + SBP: the entire loan amount in cash and all current interest through SBP. Arbitrary proportions or cash + card are not allowed for this buyout.
  3. Check “Electronic signing with the client code”. Paper issuance allows paper buyout; issuance signed electronically allows either paper or electronic buyout. For electronically signed issuance, available electronic buyout is selected by default; clearing the checkbox chooses paper.
  4. Confirm with “Go to operation” in reception or “Next” in the card. A compatible active document set is needed before starting. “Cancel” closes the window without posting.

Electronic signing requires an active mobile contact and available channel. The package uses suitable original issuance templates, considering the profile, payout method and chosen signing mode.

Accept money

  1. At “Data review”, check the customer, all pledged items and amount, then click “Next”.
  2. At “Accept funds”, receive cash or verify actual card payment first. “Next” records incoming payments; the card method at this step does not itself call bank acquiring.
  3. For SBP, create a session and obtain a link, then give the customer the link or QR. Wait for confirmed payment of the right amount; use “Check status” if needed. A link or sent message does not confirm money received.
  4. For mixed buyout, check the cash and SBP parts separately. Calculate change against the cash part: the current “Cash received” calculator compares input with the full operation amount and may show incorrect change for this distribution.

Cash fields assist the employee rather than confirm receipt of money. Do not continue solely because the button is available.

Prepare the separate buyout package

  1. After payment, open “Prepare documents” or “Sign documents”. Buyout creates its own full package; the original issuance documents and signature remain separate.
  2. For paper, use “Print all documents”, check the details and obtain the customer's physical signatures. Being able to click “Next” does not confirm that the paper has been signed.
  3. For electronic signing, select a contact and available channel, send a separate code and confirm the entire current buyout package. The loan issuance signature does not replace it; confirmation includes receipt of the items.
  4. Click “Next” after preparing the package. Manual “Update documents” through the buyout step is currently unsupported. For incorrect details, resolve the existing operation's state with the responsible employee, especially if money has already been received.

Complete and return the items

  1. If fiscalization is enabled, check the register and shift and perform “Print receipt”. After all required parts are printed successfully, the system completes buyout automatically. Without the register step, continuing from documents completes it.
  2. Wait for “Operation completed successfully!”. There is no additional final confirmation button.
  3. Check that the operation is completed, the contract is “Closed” with a closing date, principal and interest balances are settled, items are marked “Bought out”, and the separate package and incoming payments are saved.
  4. Check and hand over all items to the customer according to the documents. The system state alone does not confirm physical handover.

If the process stopped

After payment, check the existing operation, payments, package and receipt before collecting money again. “Back” does not refund payment or cancel a signature. Ordinary cancellation does not perform a bank refund and is blocked after successful incoming SBP payment. If a link is paid after buyout cancellation, refer it to the responsible employee: ordinary late posting of that buyout is unsupported.

With GIIS connected, jewelry buyout also depends on exchange state, the receipt and item identifiers.

Power of attorney scans

If the buyout uses a representative, open the operation and find “Buyout by proxy”. Check the saved representative name and the power of attorney number and date. Click a filename to download its photo or scan. In the accounting operation, this block is on the “Files” tab. Viewing requires permission and access to the office; saved scans cannot be deleted from the operation.

Buyout by proxy

  1. In the buyout window, select “Buyout under a notarized power of attorney”.
  2. In “Representative”, choose a customer from the list or create a customer using the regular form if you have permission.
  3. In “Power of attorney”, enter the notarized power of attorney number and issue date. Directly below these details, upload at least one photo or scan: choose a file or use the camera button.
  4. In “Signing”, choose an available option: paper or electronic signing. An original paper-signed loan permits only paper signing. Electronic signing requires the representative’s active mobile number and an available channel.

The contract remains with the pledger. Both the pledger and representative are checked before starting. If servicing is blocked, refer the result to the responsible employee. The representative and power of attorney sections are hidden for ordinary buyout.

After starting, the representative’s details, power of attorney information and scans appear in “Buyout by proxy”. Download questionnaires from the pledger’s and representative’s customer cards using “Download questionnaire”, choosing the organization and version, if you have permission. Item 13 of the pledger’s questionnaire contains the representative and power of attorney. This authority is not automatically used for another buyout.
