In “Contracts”, click the right contract number. You can also open its card from global “Search” or a number in “Payment reception”. You need viewing permission and access to the contract. First check the customer or counterparty, organization, office, number, type and state.
Check amounts and dates
- “Loan amount” is the original contract amount. “Current interest” is currently unpaid interest, rather than all interest over its history. Buyout on the issue date may include the tariff's minimum interest.
- The displayed buyout amount adds the original loan amount to current interest. Check principal and interest balances separately in “Registry”, especially after other item movements.
- Check the opening, main and grace period end, last extension and closing dates. A draft's opening date does not yet confirm issuance; a pledge ticket number may also be assigned before completion.
- “Last extension date” shows the latest completed extension that has not been rolled back. For partial extension, the calculation start of the paid period can differ; use the separate end-date fields to check the term.
- Changing workplace does not transfer the contract to another office. Issue-day restrictions and terms are calculated using the contract office.
Find the information you need
| Tab | Why to open it |
|---|---|
| Basic information | Customer, number, type, state, office, amount, dates and responsible employees. |
| Terms of the deal | The selected tariff and rates by period. A draft may not have a tariff yet. |
| Goods | Pledged items, characteristics and each item's state. |
| Operations | Type, amount, payment method, state, date and author of each operation. An unfinished or cancelled operation is not successful payment. |
| Documents | Separately uploaded contract files and operation packages. Ready files are available through “Print”; a scan does not mean an electronic signature. |
| Payments | Accounting income and expenses, amounts, methods, states and linked operations. This tab does not create or delete a payment. |
| Accruals | Daily interest and payments, amounts accrued, paid and remaining, and calculated buyout amount on a date. |
| Registry | Recorded principal and interest changes and balances, and a summary on a selected date. |
| History of changes | Who changed the contract's fields and when; this is not the full history of bank transactions or every item. |
| Comments | Employees' working notes. A comment does not post payment or change the term. |
The set depends on contract type: a purchase contract has no loan terms, accruals or ledger tabs. Individual actions require their own permissions: contract editing for uploading or deleting manual files, comment creation or deletion, and payment viewing for opening an accounting payment card.
Distinguish viewing from changes
- In “Accruals”, “Calculate on date” shows a calculation result. A “Forecast” row is not a saved accrual or received payment; viewing does not itself post money.
- In “Registry”, “Form on date” and “Apply” select the viewing date. The separate recalculation date-range block with “Preview” and “Apply” changes accruals and the ledger. Do not run it merely to view debt.
- Changing tariff, uploading files, editing an item, starting payment and adding a comment are separate actions. Permission to open the card does not imply permission for them.
- Debt, an accrual, an accounting payment, a fiscal receipt and actual bank payment are different outcomes. Compare the relevant sections and operation state when checking a posted operation.
Continue servicing
For an unfinished operation, use “Open current operation” and check its outcome first. For a new action, choose its separate guide: full extension, partial extension or buyout. If figures disagree, check the viewing date, tariff, completed and cancelled operations, offices and currency before collecting money again.
