A controller PEP signature confirms a closed shift's cash package already signed by an employee. It does not close the device, change amounts or correct documents.
Check access and the package
You need cash shift and office access, an active account and controller signing permission. You must also match the controller selection saved with this version: by role or as a specific user. Changing today's setting does not change a prepared package. A job title or role name alone is insufficient.
- Open “Accounting” → “Cashier shifts” and the required card. Check the organization, office, device, number and date. Make sure the shift is closed: “Waiting for controller” may appear before successful physical device closing.
- Under “Cash package PEP”, check the version number, responsible employee and signature time. Review amounts and cash documents; open shift printing where available. The code window does not preview the entire package.
- Use “Verify signatures” where needed. This verifies saved documents and signatures for this version; it does not recalculate current operations or replace checking the amounts.
Sign one shift
- If the package is correct and the action is available, click “Sign”. Choose your personal or work phone and available Telegram, SMS or MAX. For MAX, confirm your own contact using the bot's contact button as instructed in the form.
- Request and enter the latest code within the displayed lifetime, then wait for confirmation. Do not select the responsible employee's or customer's phone instead of your own.
- Check the card again: “Signed”, the controller's name and confirmation time. If several controllers qualify, one is sufficient; the other tasks for this stage are cancelled.
For incorrect documents, use “Return for correction” with a reason where available. Confirming a code does not start a correction. The responsible employee and controller perform different stages, but the application does not require them to be different people: permissions and controller selection are checked.
Sign several shifts
- Select the required rows and choose “Sign with PEP”. Review “Bulk cash shift signing”: “Selected”, “Will sign”, “Skipped” and the reasons under “Excluded from signature”.
- Active, already signed or inaccessible shifts and shifts without a prepared package are not confirmed. One request can sign eligible versions from only one organization. Make sure the required shifts are actually included in the signing count.
- Choose your phone and channel, then request and confirm one code. The application rechecks the selection and access. If required documents or the employee signature changed after sending, the entire confirmation is rejected without partial signing.
- Check the refreshed statuses. Skipped rows remain unsigned; investigate their reasons separately.
