Signing mode is selected for an organization. It determines how employees confirm the cash package: cash sheets, cash receipt orders (PKO) and cash disbursement orders (RKO).

Before configuring

Connect the cash register to the correct office. Make sure responsible employees and controllers have office access and permission for their signing stage. Configuration requires access to view and edit cash shift settings. Selecting a person in the form does not grant these permissions.

Choose a mode and controllers

  1. Open “Extensions” → “Cash shifts” → “Cash shift signing”. Under “Organization”, select the organization whose cash documents you are configuring. The setting applies to its offices.
  2. Under “Mode”, choose “Manual signing” or “PEP”. Manual mode retains paper signature lines. With PEP, the employee first confirms the prepared package by code, the cash register then closes, and a controller later confirms the closed shift.
  3. Set “Correction return period, days” to at least one calendar day after closing. The period follows the office's time zone. It belongs to the separate correction process, not the confirmation code's lifetime.
  4. Under “How to select controllers”, choose “By roles” and fill “Controller roles”, or choose “Specific users” and fill “Controller users”. At least one option is required; the user list contains active employees of the selected organization.
  5. Click “Save” and check the selected organization and values. If several controllers qualify, one signature is sufficient. The two stages need not be performed by different people: access depends on each person's permissions and controller selection.

Prepare code delivery

Check each signer's personal or work phone in their account. The code is sent to the selected phone of the employee or controller themselves. A customer's phone is not used to sign a cash shift.

Shift packages support available Telegram, SMS and MAX channels. For MAX, the signer must open the system bot using the form's link, start it and share their own contact through its contact button. If a channel is absent or delivery fails, check its setup; there is no automatic switch to another channel. Individual named PKO/RKO orders use Telegram or SMS, without MAX.

What a prepared shift retains

The prepared package retains its mode, correction rules and controller selection. Changing current settings does not rewrite that package. Enabling PEP also does not add signatures to old shifts closed before activation.

The neighboring “Shift close control” section configures readiness checks. This is a separate setting. Disabling it does not remove mandatory signatures on named PKO/RKO orders in PEP mode.
