Deliver the checked current version of the required operation. Printing, downloading files, receiving a link and signing have different results; success in one place does not confirm the others.
Find the correct package
- Open the required operation from the contract and check its type and customer. A buyout has its own set, so the original loan documents do not replace the documents for returning the products.
- Open “Print forms” in the customer card to see available generated sets with “Print” and “Download documents”. The title is linked to the contract; if titles match, check ownership and content in the operation itself.
- Check the contents, details and required signing. A generated file in the list does not mean the customer signed it. If the data is wrong, first determine whether refreshing is allowed, then deliver the checked new version.
Print and hand over paper copies
- In the operation, use the print action labelled “Seal” for one document or “Print all documents” for the set. In the customer tab, “Print” opens the selected operation's set in a new tab.
- Wait for loading, check all pages and the browser dialog, then print. If the tab did not open, check the browser's permission to open it. The button uses generated files, so also check that the required set is complete.
- Check the printed result, required signatures and the copy intended for the customer. Opening the print dialog does not record physical delivery or a signature in the application.
If the browser offers saving as PDF in its print dialog, you can save the checked result that way. This is a browser action rather than automatic delivery to the customer.
Save files
- “Download” in the operation saves one current file. Generated print documents are currently stored as HTML; downloading does not convert them to PDF.
- “Download documents” in the customer tab returns a ZIP of the selected set's generated files. It is not a single PDF and does not regenerate forms. After downloading, check the archive contents and that files open: a ZIP does not guarantee completeness if some files are unavailable.
Downloading saves a copy for the employee. It does not itself send a document to the customer or confirm receipt. A saved copy is not updated after later signing or package changes.
Deliver a PDF through a link
- For an electronic operation, check the configured document delivery method and available channels. “Short link by SMS” is saved at startup separately from the channel list.
- In the signing form, check the customer's active phone, select SMS or MAX and send the code. When the link method is saved, the message contains the code and a link to the complete current PDF package. MAX also needs a confirmed link for this phone.
- The customer opens the link without logging into the application, checks the documents and gives the code to the employee for confirmation. After successful signing, the same address shows the signed current versions.
- After refreshing or signing, the customer must reopen the link to save the final PDF: a file already downloaded does not change by itself. Check with the customer that they actually received it and can open it.
Telegram sends only the code: it does not create a parallel SMS or PDF link. This delivery method is not used in paper mode. This process has no separate action to send documents without a code; do not request a new code just to update a link that already exists.
The code and link have different lifetimes. The link does not automatically expire with the code; completing or cancelling the operation does not revoke it. It opens the current package without login, so share it only with the intended customer, taking document confidentiality into account.
Distinguish delivery and viewing errors
- Message not sent: check the number, selected channel, integration and retry limits. A delivery error does not create a new valid code or signature.
- Message received but the link does not open: this is a separate PDF viewing problem. Check the address and package availability with the person responsible for the system; confirming the code again does not itself fix viewing.
- Printing or archive incomplete: check the current documents and file availability. Downloading generated files again does not refresh their data; regeneration is a separate permitted action.
Customer sign-in with MAX
If the customer has access to the customer portal, the primary sign-in method is a confirmation call. MAX is an alternative to calling. Signing in does not sign any documents.
- In the customer portal, enter your phone number and choose “Sign in with MAX”. Instructions appear before a code is sent.
- Open the Pulse bot in MAX, press “Start”, then “Share phone number” and confirm sharing your contact. Use the same number you entered to sign in. Then press “Get code”.
- Enter the six-digit code received in MAX in the customer portal and press “Sign in”. If your number is already confirmed in the bot, you do not need to share your contact again: press “Get code”.
