Saving customer, contract or product changes does not rewrite generated documents. Use “Refresh documents” for an eligible unfinished package: new versions are created while previous files and electronic signatures are preserved.

Check whether refreshing is available

Correct the data and refresh the set

  1. Correct the required information in its card and save the changes. Make sure you have corrected this operation's customer, contract or product.
  2. Return to the current document step and click “Refresh documents”. Read the “Refresh documents?” warning: the sent code will become invalid and the electronic package will need signing again. Confirm with “Refresh”.
  3. Wait for success. Open each new document using the print action labelled “Seal” and check the customer, products, amounts, tariff, organization and office details, package contents and signature positions.
  4. For paper mode, print the new versions and obtain the required handwritten signatures. For electronic signing, send a new customer code and confirm the entire current package again. The previous signature remains evidence of the old version, rather than signing the new one.
  5. Continue with “Next” only after checking and obtaining the required signatures. Deliver the checked current documents again to replace the copy the customer previously saved.

Understand what is refreshed

The action rebuilds the whole existing set using each form's saved original version and available current data. It does not add new forms from settings or use edited Google document text. Changing a template and correcting data are different tasks.

Not every value comes from today's card: data fixed at the operation may remain. For example, sale buyer details come from the saved questionnaire. Changing your working office does not replace the document's office or organization; always check the actual result after refreshing.

After successful refreshing, the old active code is invalidated and new electronic versions await signing. If refreshing fails, the previous current set and its valid code remain. Check the message and operation state, fix the cause and retry; an error does not mean a new package was partially accepted.

An existing public link reads current versions: after refreshing it shows the new unsigned package, and after confirmation it shows the signed package. It is the same address, not a link to the old version. Downloaded HTML, ZIP, PDF and paper copies do not change by themselves; the customer needs to receive or save the updated result.

Handle a completed operation separately

The customer's “Print forms” tab offers printing and downloading generated sets. It has no user actions for regeneration, version history or electronic signing of an archive correction. Do not treat downloading as refreshing.

Changing the tariff of a completed loan on its issue date is a separate process with a new version and fresh confirmation. Ordinary file refreshing does not change the tariff or replace that process. For other corrections to completed or cancelled operations or buyout documents, first determine the supported action; the current interface has no universal archive correction button.
