A generated file, a delivered code and a signed package are different results. Check the documents first, obtain the required signatures, then continue the operation.
Open and check the document set
- Open the contract and select “Open current operation” if it has already started. Follow the normal steps to “Document preparation” for paper signing or “Document signing” for electronic signing. You need access to the operation's office and permission for the relevant action.
- Wait for the files to be generated when entering the step. Open each using the print action labelled “Seal”, or the whole set using “Print all documents”. This opens a new tab and the print dialog; close the dialog if needed to inspect the content.
- Check the customer, details, products, amounts, tariff, organization, office and signature positions. Check all required documents, rather than just one file in the list. “Download” saves the current file, currently in HTML format; it is not a ready PDF package.
For a loan, purchase and sale agreement or commission agreement, documents are checked before funds are issued. For a buyout, they are checked after payment reception and before the receipt. A buyout has its own mandatory set; the original loan's documents and signature do not replace it.
Sign the paper set
- Print the checked documents and obtain the required handwritten signatures.
- Check the set and click “Next” to continue the remaining operation steps.
The application does not certify actual printing or handwritten signatures. Being able to click “Next” in paper mode does not confirm that the forms are sufficient. An empty package may technically allow an ordinary loan step to proceed; a matching set is mandatory for a buyout.
Sign the package with the customer's code
- Check that “Electronic signing with customer code” was selected at startup. Channel configuration does not switch an operation already started between paper and electronic modes.
- Check “Phone number”: it must be an active mobile contact of this contract's customer. The primary or first number may initially be selected; make sure the customer uses that number.
- Explicitly select “Delivery channel”, even if only one option is offered, and click “Send code”. For MAX, the customer must first start the system bot and confirm their own phone with its built-in button; the number must match the selected contact.
- The customer receives the message by the selected method and checks the documents. SMS and MAX include a PDF link when the configured document delivery method provides one; Telegram sends only the code. Opening the link or receiving the message does not sign anything.
- Enter the code given by the customer, using the length shown in the form, while it is valid and click “Confirm code”. The public link only lets the customer view the package; the employee enters the code in the operation.
- Wait for successful confirmation. Loans, purchase and sale agreements and commission agreements show “Documents signed”; for a buyout, check the success message and availability of the next step. Then click “Next”: confirming the code does not advance the step automatically.
One code confirms the entire fixed set, rather than a selected file. If the content or set changed after sending, the old code cannot sign the package. All required electronic documents must be ready and signed before proceeding; funds, a receipt and completion of the operation may still remain.
Resolve code or delivery problems
- Code not received: click “Another method”, check the number and select an available channel. Sending again is possible after the required waiting interval. Changing the number or channel does not bypass the operation's shared waiting interval.
- Several codes received: after a successful new send, only the latest issued code applies. A failed new delivery does not create a new code or replace the previous one.
- Incorrect or expired code: check the latest received code; incorrect checks have a limited number of attempts. If the code expires or attempts are exhausted, request a new one after the allowed interval.
- No number or channel: correct the active contact and check integration readiness with the person responsible for settings. New office settings do not expand the saved list of an operation already started.
- Documents changed or incomplete: check the current set. If refreshing is available, rebuild it and then send a new code. Check delivery, signature confirmation and PDF opening separately: a viewing error does not mean code delivery failed.
If buyout signing fails, do not accept the payment again: payment has already been received by this step. Check the current operation's state first. A failure does not automatically change the channel or switch to paper signing.
Sign through the customer portal
- Check that Sign through the customer portal, Contracts and View documents are enabled for the brand. At the signing step of a loan or electronically signed redemption, wait for the package to be ready and select Send to customer portal.
- The customer signs in with their phone number, selects the correct pawnshop and opens the request on Home, in the contract or in notifications if enabled. They open the documents and select Review documents. Scrolling to the end is not required to obtain the code.
- The Signing code dialog shows the code for the customer to tell the employee. The employee enters it in Customer code, selects Confirm code and checks the result. Only successful confirmation signs the package; the operation can then continue.
Customers may close the dialog and select Show code to see the same digits while valid. Refreshing the page does not recover the previous code; a new one requires an explicit action when allowed. A cancelled or changed request requires a new acknowledgement and code.

For a buyout by proxy, select the representative’s phone. The representative receives the code and signs in their own name. The stamp shows the saved representative and power of attorney details; the original loan documents remain unchanged.
