Correct an incorrect tariff on an issued loan through the separate change process in its card. The system first prepares new documents; the new tariff applies after the customer confirms again. Configuring tariffs in Extensions and editing a draft are separate actions.
Check whether the change is available
- You need specific tariff change permission and access to the contract's organization and office. Under the current roles, administrators and the territory manager can perform this action.
- The contract must be a loan in “Main period” after the original issuance is completed. This process does not apply to drafts, purchases, commissions or other states.
- You can start and confirm the change on the calendar day when the loan actually opened, using its office's time zone. The draft creation date, browser time and selected workplace do not extend this deadline.
- There must be no other pending change, subsequent pending or completed operations, or non-cancelled payments outside the original issuance. The original issuance payment itself does not prevent the change.
- A nonempty saved original issuance package with current versions and original templates is required. Even a paper change cannot start without it; a visible button alone does not confirm package readiness.
Select another tariff and prepare the package
- Open the contract list, the loan card and “Terms of the deal”, then click “Change tariff”.
- Select another tariff from the offered list. It must belong to the contract's organization, be active and meet amount, item category and customer restrictions.
- Click “Regenerate package”. “Cancel” in this dialog closes it without starting a change.
- Wait for “Tariff change awaiting signature”. Open “Print package” and check the new terms in every document.
The previous tariff remains effective and new operations are blocked until confirmation. New versions use the saved original package; current template setting changes do not replace it. If package terms do not match the selected tariff, resolve the discrepancy with the administrator before confirming.
Confirm the whole package again
The confirmation method is inherited from the original issuance. This change cannot switch a paper issuance to electronic signing or an electronic one to paper.
- For paper issuance, print the current package and obtain the customer's physical signature on every document. Only then click “Client has signed” and confirm the prompt. The button records the employee's confirmation, not an inspection of a signature on paper.
- For electronic signing, select an active customer mobile contact and a working channel allowed for the original issuance. Click “Send code”, enter the customer's new code and click “Confirm”. This confirms the entire current package; an old code or signature cannot replace it.
If sending is rejected, check the contact, integration and original operation's allowed channels with the administrator. A visible channel option alone does not guarantee sending is permitted. An expired code requires a new send within the allowed day; sending alone does not apply the tariff.
Check the applied result
- Wait for “The new tariff was applied after re-signing” and a “Tariff changed” entry in “Tariff change history”.
- Reopen the card: the terms description and other tabs may still show previously loaded data.
- Check the new tariff, full credit cost (PSK), current documents, repeat signing result, accruals and interest register entries for the opening day.
The change updates the tariff and related opening-day calculations. The original loan amount and issuance record remain; it creates no repeat payout, new customer payment or cash register operation.
Cancel a pending change
- In the change awaiting signature, click “Cancel change” and confirm cancellation.
- Check the previous effective tariff, restored current document versions and the “Change cancelled” history entry.
Cancellation expires the change's active code; new version history and previous electronic signatures remain. Once the next day begins at the contract's office, even a previously started change cannot be confirmed: cancellation remains available. A pending change does not disappear at day-end and continues to block new operations. After successful application, “Cancel change” is not a rollback of the already changed tariff.
