A draft saves the selected customer and the property being accepted. Saving opens a card with the Draft type and Preparation status. Loan issuance, payouts and signing start as a separate operation from this card.
Create a draft
- Check your workplace: the new deal will belong to the organization and office of the selected workplace.
- Open Transactions and click Create.
- Find an individual or create a new customer in the Customer block. Check that you selected the right person. Read any customer note displayed before continuing.
- Click Add in the Goods block, fill in the item and save it in the form's composition. Add at least one item.
- Check the names, categories, attributes, condition, amounts and attachments. The total payout is the sum of the individual item amounts.
- Click Create a deal and wait for the card to open.
The tariff, payout method and electronic signing are selected later when starting an operation. You do not set them in the draft form. A separate guide explains collateral preparation in detail.
Check the saved result
- The card shows the selected customer, items and amount.
- The type is Draft and the status is Preparation; the products remain drafts.
- The card number or opening date at this stage does not confirm that money has been paid out. Before processing, the opening date is displayed as the current date; the actual loan date is recorded after issuance is completed.
Correct the customer or items
- Open the saved card and click Edit.
- Replace the customer if the selection was wrong. Correct a person's name, documents and contacts through their own form, rather than by replacing the customer selected in the deal.
- In Goods, use the pencil to edit an item, the trash icon to remove it from the composition, and Add for a new item.
- Check the final composition and totals. The general form allows you to replace the only item or vehicle in one save, provided the final composition stays nonempty and valid.
- Click Save. On success, the deal's Goods tab opens.
Replacing the customer and adding or removing items requires deal editing permission. Changes to existing product attributes and permanent files also depend on product permissions. The general form retains existing items and recalculates the amount from the updated composition.
The card's Goods tab lets you add a product separately or remove an eligible item. These actions take effect immediately, and deletion requires confirmation. You cannot remove the last product as a separate action.
When changes are unavailable
- General editing applies to an ordinary draft with an individual, draft products and no completed operations.
- An unfinished operation temporarily blocks composition saving and permanent file changes. Open the current operation and check its state first.
- A canceled operation does not itself prevent draft editing. Cancellation after a payout has separate restrictions; Back between steps does not reverse a money transfer.
- After processing, you cannot freely change the composition and amounts through this form. Further actions depend on the deal's state and product permissions.
Close the form or remove an incorrect draft
Close returns from creation to the register, and from editing to the card. If there are unsaved changes, confirm leaving without saving only when you no longer need them. Permanent files of an existing product are uploaded and deleted immediately; closing the general form does not undo those actions.
For an incorrect saved draft, use the available delete action in the register row's menu. It requires separate permission and confirmation. Deletion is allowed only during preparation, with draft products and no active or completed operations; further history may also prevent it. This action deletes the draft's items and its canceled operations, and does not refund money already paid out.
What to check after an error
- Whether a customer is selected and at least one product has been added.
- Whether the categories are compatible: electronics may be combined with other products; jewelry and vehicles are handled separately. There can be only one vehicle in a deal.
- Whether required attributes, amounts and prices are filled in.
- Whether you have the required permissions and an unfinished operation has appeared since the form was opened. If the deal's state changed, reopen the card and check the available actions.
