Settings determine which payment methods and checks to use for a selected operation type in a specific office. You can configure an office separately or apply this operation type to other offices in the same organization.

Before you begin

Open an office and operation type

  1. Open “Extensions”, find “Operations” and click “Configure”. The “Operation settings” page opens.
  2. In “Office”, choose the office whose settings you want to change. The list shows offices of the current organization that you can access. This changes only the office being configured, not your “Workplace”.
  3. Click the required operation type card. Pawnshop mode offers “Loan”, “Buyout”, “Sale”, “Extension” and “Partial extension”. Commission mode offers “Purchase and sale agreement”, “Commission agreement”, “Buyout”, “Sale” and “Extension”.

To configure another organization, first change “Workplace” to one of its offices. You cannot select another organization's office through this form's “Office” field alone.

Configure payments and payouts

  1. In “Payment methods”, select the methods to allow for this type: “Cash”, “Bank card”, “SBP” or “Bank account”. A disabled method cannot be selected when starting a new operation of this type in the office.
  2. For enabled card and SBP methods, the form also shows “Payment method integration”. If you use Kvell, configure that extension separately. Selecting its name here does not mean the organization is already connected to the service.
  3. To use two methods in one operation, enable “Split payment/disbursement”. Cash plus one noncash part is supported: card or SBP. Both methods must be enabled. A separate rule applies to a mixed buyout: principal is paid in cash, interest by SBP; arbitrary allocation is not allowed.

Recording a card or bank account payment does not perform a bank transfer. For a card payout, an employee manually confirms receipt of funds. SBP payments and payouts require configured Kvell.

Select signature code delivery methods

“Electronic signature code delivery methods” is available for “Loan”, “Buyout”, “Purchase and sale agreement” and “Commission agreement”.

  1. Select required channels from the displayed list. It contains only methods available to the organization: SMS, Telegram or MAX. If a required channel is missing, first check its connection and availability.
  2. For SMS, check “Document delivery method”: “Short link by SMS”. When SMS is used, the customer receives the code and a document package link in the same message.
  3. If electronic signing is not used, leave the channel list empty. A new operation with electronic signing cannot start with an empty list. Selecting a channel in settings does not itself enable electronic signing when starting an operation.

SMS and Telegram depend on supported, configured extensions; MAX depends on the system bot's readiness. For MAX delivery, the customer's phone must be verified in the bot. Select a channel actually available to the organization and customer.

Configure KKM, if used

  1. In “Fiscalization”, set “Fiscalization required (KKM)”. Starting an operation considers both this flag and the KKM assigned to the office. The flag alone does not connect a cash register.
  2. In “Receipt settings”, check “Receipt type”, “VAT”, “Payment method attribute”, “Payment object attribute” and “Tax system”. “Default (from KKM settings)” uses the cash register setting. The employee responsible for cash and tax accounting must confirm these parameters.

The separate “Transfer between departments” card contains “Receipt types for transfer”: “Withdrawal receipt type” and “Deposit receipt type”. Select types created in advance for the relevant purpose. This card has none of the usual payment, signing or rollback blocks.

Set checks and approvals

“Fraud monitoring” is available for a loan, sale, full extension and partial extension. Full and partial extension settings are saved separately.

Operation type What to configure
Loan Select “Enable fraud monitoring” and set the required thresholds under “Current loan amount”, “Customer active contracts”, “Same category in different offices” and “Loans per day”. Check review periods and “Block when the customer has an open fraud case”. In “Who reviews the fraud case”, select responsible roles or specific users.
Sale Set “Single product appraisal amount from”. The product's appraisal is checked, not its sale price. At the threshold, a territory manager with access to the operation's office approves the sale; this setting cannot change the reviewer.
Extension and partial extension Set “Interest threshold as a share of loan amount”. When unpaid interest reaches this share of the original loan amount, continuing requires a decision by the organization administrator or a territory manager with office access.

A triggered check blocks processing until the responsible reviewer decides. Creating an approval request does not mean the operation is completed. Assign active employees with the required office access.

Loan SBP payout approval

For a SBP payout you use, complete “SBP payout approval” in loan settings. This block applies when fraud monitoring is enabled.

  1. Select “Approval mode”. “Highest matching stage only” uses the rule with the highest matching threshold. In “Sequential stages”, matching rules run in order from the lowest threshold to the highest.
  2. Click “Add rule” and specify “Amount from”, “Stage title” and responsible reviewers: roles or users. Select at least one reviewer for each rule. A decision by one reviewer is enough within a stage.
  3. If needed, set “Due time (minutes)”. An empty value means no due time. Setting it does not replace approval or automatically confirm a payout.

Check rollback and postings

Save and check the result

  1. Check the selected office and operation type again. To change only this office, leave “Apply to other offices in the organization” off.
  2. If other offices of the organization need the same settings, enable this checkbox in “Synchronization”. It copies only the open operation type, including payments, checks and other settings. Previous settings of this type in other offices will be replaced.
  3. Click “Save”. Wait for “Operation settings have been updated”. If errors appear, correct the specified fields and save again.
  4. Use “Back to operations list”, then reopen the same office and type. Check saved values. After synchronization, also check other offices.

Do not expect form changes to update an operation already started. Its payment methods, fiscalization requirement, signing channels and postings are determined at start, and assigned approvals retain their reviewers. Rollback access, however, is checked against current settings when that action is requested.
