An operation's document set is assembled from matching active print forms. Configuration determines which documents will be prepared; it does not complete the operation or sign the package.
Open and check existing forms
- Select your working office and open “Extensions” → “Print Forms”. Viewing requires permission to view print form settings; creation, editing and synchronization require separate edit permission.
- Check the “Operation type”, “Operation profile”, “Payout method”, “Document signing”, “Active” and “Synchronization status” filters. The selected office's organization mode determines the available types.
- Open a form by its name. Use the edit action to change it; the list's ⋮ menu also contains “Duplicate template” and “Set as primary template”.
Forms are shared across the account, rather than belonging to one office or organization. Editing a shared form can affect future documents in other offices with matching settings. A visible action in the details does not replace the permission check when saving.
Prepare the form and its source
- Click “Create template” or edit an existing one. Set its name, type, profile, payout method, signing mode and “Print order”: a smaller number means an earlier position.
- Select at least one product category. Loans distinguish “Standard” from “Auto pawnshop”; other types use the standard profile.
- For Google Docs, enter the URL or ID of a document the application can read. This form has no separate Word/PDF upload or HTML editor.
- The “System” source currently provides “Blank page”. It needs no Google access or synchronization and is not a ready legal agreement.
- Save the form. For Google, open “Tokens” in its details and copy the required placeholders and blocks into the source document without changing their syntax. Place the start and end of a product table loop in the same table row.
“Duplicate template” creates another record with the same Google ID, not a copy of the Google document. Two active forms with matching conditions can both enter the set.
Check the selection rules
- All active forms matching the type and profile are included. “Default” does not select a single document or exclude the other forms. You can view the active status; the current edit form has no separate activity switch.
- “Any” payout method is combined with the matching option: cash uses “Cash only”, while card and SBP use “Non-cash only”. Mixed payouts also use “Non-cash only”; they do not automatically combine both sets.
- The “All” signing option is combined with “Without electronic signing” or “Electronic signing”, according to the operation.
- At least one selected category must match a product in the operation. Selecting categories does not require every selected type to be present in the deal.
- A buyout uses active loan forms matching the original completed loan's profile and payout method, but the buyout's own signing mode. A form with the “Buyout” type does not configure this set.
Configuring a form does not add a document step to an operation. Electronic signing requires a nonempty matching package; a buyout requires one for paper signing too. An empty package may technically allow an ordinary paper operation to complete, so check the required documents beforehand.
Synchronize Google and check the result
- In the Google form's details or ⋮ menu, click “Synchronize template”. Wait for the “Synchronized” status.
- Open “Preview” and check pages, tables, placeholders and signature positions. It uses sample data rather than a real operation.
- Synchronize and check again after editing the source Google document. If loading fails, check the URL, access and token syntax using the error message.
“Synchronize all” queues every Google form in the account, including inactive forms and those hidden by the mode filter. System forms are unaffected. A queue confirmation does not mean loading succeeded; check the result after background jobs finish.
Preview and successful synchronization do not confirm the legal quality of the text or that all real data will be filled in. An unknown placeholder may remain empty.
Account for documents already prepared
Editing and synchronizing a form do not replace the content, versions or signatures of documents already generated. Their separate update uses the saved original template. However, the current “Print order” can change the order in which an older package is shown. Check the new set using a suitable new operation and handle corrections to existing documents separately.
