This guide helps an administrator prepare an office for work. Settings open through specific cards in Extensions. Connecting an extension and configuring how it works are separate actions.

Check trial access, office payments, and employee and storage limits using the guide to account access.

Before you begin

What to configure

1. Extensions

Open Extensions and find the capabilities you need. Catalog access does not replace permission for individual pages. Connect or enable the available additional extensions, then complete their settings. Core sections are already enabled and do not need manual connection.

2. Product properties

In the Products card, click Configure, then open Product properties. Check properties and options for the categories you use. You do not need to create new properties if the existing ones are sufficient. When processing a transaction, the employee must be able to fill in the selected product's required properties.

Product settings also contain naming and appraisal amount rules. Check them if you use automatic values; these settings do not replace the tariff or the final transaction amount.

3. Tariff

In the Contract tariffs card, click Open. A loan or commission agreement needs a suitable active tariff for the organization, with the right categories, amount, terms and customer restrictions. Check the calculation in the calculator. A goods purchase under a purchase and sale agreement does not require tariff selection when the operation starts.

A tariff belongs to an organization. Starting an operation checks the transaction's own organization, so matching tariff names alone are not enough.

4. Print forms

In the Print forms card, click Open. Check active templates for the required operation type, their order, product categories, payout method and signing method. A template with different conditions will not enter the document package. Check document content and details before working with a customer.

5. Payouts and signing

In the Operations card, click Configure. Select the office and operation type. Allow the payment or payout methods you use. SBP settlements need a connected and configured supported integration; selecting a checkbox does not connect it. Recording a card payment or manually confirming a card payout does not itself perform a bank transfer.

For operations with documents, check paper or electronic signing. Electronic signing requires compatible templates, available electronic signing and an allowed, working channel for delivering the code. SMS and Telegram require their configured integrations. MAX uses the system bot; the customer must verify their phone with it in advance. Check available options on screen rather than choosing a channel by its name alone.

6. Cash register, if used

If an operation must print a fiscal receipt, separately prepare a supported KKM integration, the office's cash register and the cash workflow. Then check fiscalization settings for the specific operation type. Allowing cash and enabling fiscalization are different settings.

7. Employee permissions

Check that the employee can access the prepared office and the required operation type. Permission to change settings does not automatically grant permission to perform an operation, and an administrator's access does not confirm an appraiser's access.

How to check the result

  1. Reopen settings for the correct office and operation type. Make sure payment methods, signing and cash register settings were saved.
  2. Check the organization's tariffs and active templates for the categories, payout and signing actually selected.
  3. Before the first operation, check the prepared transaction's start screen: the required operation type, tariff and settlement methods must be available. Electronic signing must not show a message that signing is unavailable.
  4. The employee checks the customer, goods, amount and documents using the working process. Saved settings do not themselves complete a transaction or confirm that funds have been paid out.
