Add the property you accept in the new deal form or the draft deal's Goods tab. The catalog has no separate form for creating an ordinary product. Saving the composition prepares the deal; paying out money requires a separate operation.
Before adding a product
- Check your working office and the selected customer.
- Creating a new deal requires deal creation access; adding or removing products in a saved draft requires deal editing access. Changing an existing product or its files requires the corresponding product permissions.
- You can change the composition before the deal is processed. If an operation is unfinished, complete or cancel it first.
Add an item
- Click Add in the deal form's Goods block, or Add product in the saved draft's tab.
- Select the final category of the property. Wait for its attributes and reference lists to load.
- Check the name. Auto mode combines the category, brand, model and configured attributes. In Manual mode, enter a clear name yourself.
- Fill in the available fields for the selected category. Use reference lists or the provided manual entry for the brand and model. A model selected from a list must match the brand and category.
- Record defects, wear, accessories and missing parts in Condition and contents. This is a separate description of the item, rather than its name.
- Enter the payout amount and, if shown, the appraisal amount. Fill in the selling price when it is required.
- If needed, upload photos and documents and wait for the upload to finish.
- Save the product in the composition. In the new deal form or the general draft editing form, then save the deal itself. Adding a product from an existing draft's Goods tab saves the new item immediately.
Fields for different categories
| Property | Fields and specifics |
|---|---|
| Jewelry | Metal type, fineness, total weight and insert weight, if those attributes are available. Select fineness after the metal. Set the displayed marking status. |
| Electronics | Brand, model and UIT, the item's unique identifier, such as a serial number or IMEI. A phone may have color, RAM and storage; other electronics use the fields of their own category. Model suggestions do not replace checking the item's actual attributes. |
| Vehicles | Brand, model and available attributes: year, mileage, color, registration number, VIN, engine, body and chassis details. |
| Other products | Name, condition, amounts and the selected category's attributes. Fill in the brand and model where the form offers them. Fineness, weight and the unique identifier are not common fields for all products. |
Required attributes are marked in the form. If an attribute depends on another one, select the parent value first. Where Other value is available, enter the actual option without duplicates. Do not replace unknown details with zero or an arbitrary value.
Payout and appraisal amounts
Loan amount is the money for this item. For an organization in the individual entrepreneur mode, the field is called Deal amount and the separate appraisal is hidden. Amount of assessment is required in the usual legal entity form. The payout and the displayed required appraisal must be greater than zero.
You can enter the appraisal manually. If percentages are configured for the category, buttons appear below the field. The percentage increases the payout amount: a payout of 10,000 with 20% gives an appraisal of 12,000. The result is rounded to two decimal places. While a percentage is selected, changing the payout recalculates the appraisal; entering an appraisal manually disconnects this link. A configured default percentage may be applied automatically.
This calculation uses account settings. It does not determine market value through AI, an external service or a metal rate. Check the result before saving. A high appraisal warning does not itself prevent adding collateral; it relates to possible approval of a subsequent sale.
Selling price is a separate price for a later sale; it must be entered when creating a non-jewelry product. Minimum sale amount is optional, but must be positive if provided, and the selling price must not be below it. These fields do not replace the payout or appraisal amount.
Quantity and permitted composition
- There is no separate quantity field. Add one line for each separately tracked item. The counter shows the number of lines; totals add their amounts without multiplying by a quantity.
- Jewelry, vehicles and electronics belong to different property types. A deal accepts one type; only electronics and other products may be combined.
- A deal can contain only one vehicle.
- You cannot remove the last product in a saved draft as a separate action. To replace the composition, use the general deal editing form and save a valid, nonempty composition.
- The customer's recently redeemed products can serve as the basis for a new item. Recheck the attributes and amounts; previous photos and documents are not copied.
Photos and documents
In the files block, use Select files, drag and drop, or Take photo if a camera is available. The form accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, JFIF and PNG; a single file may be up to 10 MiB. You can select up to 10 files per upload. Attachments for a new item are linked to the product when the deal is saved or the item is added separately to a draft.
For an existing product, uploading and deleting permanent files takes effect immediately: canceling the general deal form does not undo those actions. An unfinished operation blocks changes to permanent attachments.
If saving fails
- Check required fields, payout and appraisal amounts, prices and uploaded files.
- Check category compatibility and that there is no second vehicle.
- If an attribute or option is missing, contact an administrator. Entering incorrect details does not replace catalog configuration.
- If you cannot change the composition, check permissions, the deal's state and unfinished operations. Separate product editing restrictions apply after the deal is processed.
