Start with what you know: the operation number, pledge ticket, customer or office. You need access to Accounting and permission to view the relevant sections. A missing row does not prove that money was neither received nor paid out.

Find a payment through an operation

  1. Open “Accounting” → “Operations”. Select the office or several offices you need. The list is limited by your access; selecting a workplace alone does not restrict it to one office.
  2. Use “Number”, “ZB number”, “Client's full name”, “Type”, “Status”, “Amount” and “Created” filters. “Created” is the operation's creation period, not the payment or bank transfer date. A payment may be recorded later; if you cannot find the operation, check its creation date and the other filters.
  3. Click the operation number. On “Basic information”, find “Related payments” and open a payment by its number. An operation may have several payments, such as separate principal and interest amounts or the parts of a split payment.
  4. In the payment card, check the type, category, amount and currency, payment method, status, payment date, processing time and office. “Income” records incoming funds; “Expense” records outgoing funds. Check each part rather than just the operation's total.
  5. Under “Linked entities”, open the operation, contract, product or customer if the link is present and you have access. The accounting operation card is for reviewing entries; continue workflow steps in the operation itself.

View the payment list

  1. Open “Accounting” → “Payments” → “Filters”. Select “Type”, “Category”, “Status” or “Payment method”, then click “Apply”. “Reset” removes your selected conditions.
  2. Check the number, date, amount, method, status, customer, pledge ticket number, product and office in the row. Click the number or “⋯” → “View”. Open a related operation from the payment card.

This list has no number or customer search, office filter or period filter. Use the operations list for those conditions if the payment is linked to an operation. A standalone accounting entry may have no such link. The default order follows record creation; sort by “Date” to order by payment date.

Distinguish accounting, receipts and bank transactions

“Linked payments” may include “Compensated payment”, “Reversal payment”, “Corrected payment” and “Correcting payment”. Review the entire chain: cancelling or correcting a receipt changes the fiscal and accounting result but does not itself refund money through a bank.

Check a cashless payout

“Accounting” → “Cashless payouts” lists card or SBP payout requests for the current organization. It is a separate list, not a list of all expense payments or cash handovers. Filters are “Status”, “Payout method”, “Date from” and “Date to”. The operation number opens its accounting card; this list has no send, confirmation or retry action.

Currently “Date to” does not cover the whole final day, and clicking column headings does not change this list's order. Do not use it as proof of a complete payout list for a period. Dates on accounting screens also need checking against the bank event's time. If a payout's outcome is unknown, do not send money again until the previous attempt has been checked.

If the records do not match

Save the operation, payment and request numbers, amount, currency, recipient and observed status. Give these to the person responsible for settlements. Do not create a second payment or transfer just to correct the display: establish what happened in accounting, at the cash register and in the bank first.
