The current commission process starts a tariff-based contract cycle and pays an advance to the consignor. On completion, the contract and items retain commission states. Before starting, agree the terms, advance amount and applicable documents with the responsible employee.
Prepare the draft and parameters
- Check the contract's organization and office. “Commission store” mode is required.
- Save an ordinary draft with an individual customer and items. Check all items, characteristics and the total payout amount. Add or correct items before starting the operation.
- Check contract editing and commission creation permissions, office access and the customer's state. An unfinished operation, pending tariff change or blocking control result prevents a new start.
- In the card, click “Apply for a commission agreement”.
- Check the amount and choose a suitable “Tariff” from the contract's organization. There is no separate term field: the selected tariff determines periods and tariff accruals.
- Choose “Payment method”. If mixed payout is enabled, enter cash and one cashless part; positive amounts must add up to the total advance.
- For electronic signing, enable “Electronic signing with the client code” after checking an active phone and available channel. The checkbox is off by default. Click “Next”; “Cancel” closes the window without starting.
A contract number and an open operation do not yet confirm that the advance was paid. If an operation has already started, use “Open current operation”.
Prepare documents
- At “Data review”, check the customer, items and amount, then click “Next”.
- At “Prepare documents” or “Sign documents”, open the current package and check terms and details. Print a paper package and obtain physical signatures.
- For electronic signing, select an active contact and available channel, send a code and confirm the entire current package. “Update documents” creates new versions and requires a new code; the previous signature does not confirm new versions.
- An empty paper package technically permits continuation, so resolve missing documents with an administrator before paying the advance. Physical signatures are not recorded separately. Electronic signing requires a nonempty, fully signed package.
The package depends on active templates and operation terms.
Pay the advance and complete
- At “Issue funds”, hand cash to the customer and click “Next” only after actual payment. Continuing records an outgoing commission payment.
- For card, “Send payout” registers an accounting request. Make and verify the actual transfer separately, then use “Confirm receipt”. The manual record must cover the correct payout method and amount.
- With SBP connected, select a bank, perform “Check payout” and use “Make payout” after a successful check. Wait for confirmation of the right amount. Waiting or checking recipient details does not yet mean payout.
- Check every mixed payout part. If fiscalization is enabled, check the register and open shift and perform “Print receipt” for all required parts. The system then completes the operation automatically; without the register step, continuing from payout completes it.
At “Complete”, wait for “Operation completed successfully!”. There is no extra final posting button. Check the completed operation, “Commission” type, “Main period” state, items “On commission”, actual opening date, saved tariff, outgoing payments, documents, and signing and receipt where applicable.
Which follow-up actions are supported
- Full extension is supported with an eligible state, positive interest balance and required permissions, except on the opening date. Commission has no partial extension.
- From ready-for-sale state, “Ready for implementation”, moving to the store is available with contract editing permission. Items become “In the store”; sale needs a positive approved price and separate product permissions.
- The contract closes after its last item is sold. Before the first sale, the permitted return-to-pledge action is available while every item remains in the store. It restores states rather than refunding money.
- Ordinary commission buyout is not described as a ready process: the current signing check requires a completed original loan issuance and blocks commission without it. An available-looking action does not mean this buyout can be posted.
- Changing an individual item's state when returning it to the customer records item movement; it does not itself calculate a fee, pay the consignor's remaining proceeds or close the entire contract.
Tariff interest and its payment are supported. A separate full calculation of a commission fee from the selling price and final settlement with the consignor are not confirmed in this process. Selling an item does not itself trigger payment of the consignor's remaining proceeds; those settlements require a separately agreed process.
If creation stopped
After paying the advance, check the existing operation, request, payments, documents and receipt before paying again. “Back” does not cancel money; ordinary cancellation does not perform a bank refund and is blocked after successful SBP payout. Use the contract and operation currency.
