A purchase is processed through a purchase agreement operation from a prepared draft. On completion, the contract becomes a purchase contract and the items enter the store. The seller's payout, appraisal and future selling price are different amounts.
Prepare the contract
- Check the working office and organization: this process requires “Commission store” mode.
- In “Contracts”, create or open an ordinary draft with an individual customer. Check documents, contacts and all items; save at least one item and the correct payout amount.
- Check categories, characteristics, condition and attachments. Electronics can be combined with other goods; jewelry and vehicles are handled separately, with only one vehicle per contract.
- Check contract editing and purchase operation permissions and access to its office. A blocked customer, blocking control match or unfinished operation prevents a new start.
The office and organization of an existing draft remain its context. For an unfinished operation, use “Open current operation” and resolve its outcome first.
Choose purchase agreement parameters
- In the draft card, click the purchase agreement action, currently labelled “Apply for a policy”.
- Check the type and amount and choose “Payment method”. If mixed payout is enabled, enter cash and one cashless part: both positive and together equal to the contract amount.
- Choose paper or electronic signing. “Electronic signing with the client code” is off when the window opens; enable it after checking an active mobile contact and available channel.
- Click “Next”. “Cancel” closes the window without starting. A purchase agreement number is assigned at start and does not itself confirm payout.
No tariff is selected for this purchase agreement. It records a purchase, so there is no loan term to set or loan extension and buyout rules to apply.
Check and prepare documents
- At “Data review”, check the customer, all items and amount, then click “Next”.
- Open the package at “Prepare documents” or “Sign documents”. Check details and terms. For paper signing, print the package and obtain physical signatures.
- For electronic signing, select an active contact and available channel, send a code and confirm the entire current package. Sending a code alone does not mean signing. After “Update documents”, a new code and signatures on the new versions are needed.
- Check the outcome and click “Next”. If the paper package is empty, check templates with an administrator first: the system technically permits continuation without a package and does not separately confirm physical signatures. An empty electronic signing package is not allowed.
Pay the seller and complete
- At “Issue funds”, hand cash to the seller first. After checking, “Next” records an outgoing payment.
- For card, “Send payout” creates an accounting request. Make and verify the actual transfer separately, then use “Confirm receipt”. This is a manual record rather than a bank response. Continuing requires a completed request with the right method and amount.
- For connected SBP, select a bank and perform “Check payout”. After the recipient, phone, bank and amount are checked successfully, use “Make payout” and wait for confirmation. Checking and waiting do not equal payout.
- For mixed payout, check each saved part. If fiscalization is enabled, check the register and open shift at “Print receipt” and print all required parts. The system completes the operation automatically; without this step, continuing from payout completes it.
Wait for “Operation completed successfully!”. The “Complete” screen shows an already posted outcome and has no additional confirmation button. Check the completed operation, purchase contract in “In the store” state, items “In the store”, actual opening date, outgoing payments and documents, and signature and receipt for the selected scenario.
What to do after completion
Find the items in the catalog, check their selling price and its separate approval. Entering the store does not itself approve the price or establish sale readiness. Subsequent sale is a separate operation requiring product permissions.
Purchasing from another organization through B2B receipt is a separate process. It does not start this buyer-side purchase agreement operation with an individual, its payout or its document package.
For an error after money is handed over, check the current operation before paying again. “Back” does not refund money; ordinary cancellation does not perform a bank refund and is blocked after successful SBP payout.
