Individual and bulk sales start in the catalog and continue through an operation. An opened operation does not yet mean money was received, a receipt printed or goods handed to the buyer.

Before you start

Choose an individual or bulk sale

Condition One product Several products
Start Choose “Sell” in the catalog row menu. Select 2–100 rows and choose “Sell products”.
Products One accessible item with an eligible origin. One organization, one office and one main type: electronics or jewelry. Child categories of the same type can be mixed.
Price Must match the confirmed selling price. Each amount can be changed, but cannot be below the minimum sale amount; if no minimum is set, the confirmed selling price is the lower limit.
Buyer and total One buyer when the application requires selection, and the amount of one item. One buyer for the whole selection; the total and buyer selection requirements use the entire amount.
Operation and receipt One operation; a receipt when fiscalization applies. One shared operation and one receipt with a separate line per product when required. Split payment can produce two accounting payments.

Start an individual sale

  1. Open “Products → Catalog”, find the item and choose “Sell” in its ⋮ menu. Check the product, office and amount in “Sale of goods”.
  2. Keep the confirmed selling price in “Sale price”. Although the field accepts input, the server rejects a different amount. To use another price, edit it in product details or the catalog and obtain confirmation again before starting.
  3. Select an available “Payment method”. For split payment, enter both positive parts in the amount allocation: cash and card, or cash and SBP. They must add up to the full price. Two cashless parts and cash combined with a bank account are unsupported.
  4. If the required “Client” field appears, search for the buyer by name and select them. If needed, use “Add client” with separate creation permission. This is the buyer, not automatically the customer from the original contract.
  5. Check the data and click “Make a sale”. If buyer review is requested, complete it in the displayed panel. A successful start opens the “Sale” operation; continue its steps below.

Start a bulk sale

  1. Select 2–100 eligible products of one organization, office and main type in the catalog, then choose “Sell products”. Filtering does not automatically select every matching item.
  2. Wait for “Bulk product sale” and check the complete selection. An ineligible item blocks the whole set; the application does not remove it automatically and sell the remainder.
  3. Under “Sale prices”, compare each row's approved price, minimum price and sale price. Change amounts within the allowed limits if needed, then check the recalculated “Total”.
  4. Select payment and its parts using the same rules as for one product. If a client is required, select one buyer for the entire set. Check them in this initial form: the bulk operation's next step does not show the questionnaire again.
  5. Click “Create sale”. For jewelry, the current interface checks each item's storage location in sequence. If the integration or this check is disabled, contact the employee responsible for GIIS rather than changing settings to bypass the issue.
  6. A successful response opens one shared operation. Item prices are now fixed. An error does not create a partial sale; resolve the reported issue and recheck the current products, prices and start conditions.

When the application requires a buyer

The field requirement depends on organization type, category, amount and selected payment methods. Electronics sold by an LLC require a client at any amount; an individual entrepreneur does not require one. For jewelry, the application's current thresholds are 60,000 when any cash part is present and 400,000 for entirely cashless payment, inclusive. Amounts are compared in the operation's currency without automatically converting these thresholds. Split payment uses the whole amount; bulk sales use the total. Other categories do not require client selection. When the field is not required, the operation does not save a buyer or questionnaire snapshot.

Complete the sale operation

  1. At “Data review”, check the product or full selection and amounts, then click “Next”. If a high appraisal requires review, wait for the responsible territory manager's decision: the review concerns the property's appraisal, not its selling price. Approval allows continuation; rejection cancels the operation.
  2. At “Document preparation”, check and print the generated package. Verify paper signatures and document handover separately, then click “Next”. When no matching active templates exist, this step is skipped automatically. The current retail sale process has no customer-code electronic signing.
  3. At “Accept funds”, check the total and saved payment methods. The allocation cannot be edited here. Receive cash or verify card or bank account payment before clicking “Next”: the button records incoming accounting payments but does not charge a card or make a bank transfer. For split payment, verify both parts separately; do not calculate change from the entire total.
  4. For SBP through Kvell, click “Create a session”, then “Get link” in the payment panel. Open the link or show the received QR to the buyer; sending the link by SMS is a separate action. Wait for confirmed payment of the required amount. A session, link, QR or sent SMS does not prove payment. “Check status” helps verify the result; moving on requires confirmation and a correct completed SBP payment.
  5. If “Print receipt” appears, check the register, open shift, total and both payment parts when split. Print and wait for the successful result to be saved. The operation then completes automatically. When no fiscal step applies, “Next” after receiving funds leads directly to completion.
