Moving collateral to the store prepares it for a separate sale. A loan in pawnshop mode must first reach “Ready for implementation”, the current label for sale readiness. The move itself does not sell items, repay debt or pay money to the customer.
Check dates and state
- Open the loan in the contract list. Check the customer, number, organization, office and every collateral item.
- Check the loan end date and grace-period end date. These account for the tariff, extensions, day-counting method and the contract office's time zone.
- Distinguish “Main period”, “Grace period” and “Ready for implementation”. Reaching the end of the main period does not yet permit the move: it is unavailable during the grace period.
- Check that no unfinished operation or tariff change awaiting signature exists: the card hides movement actions while either is pending. Moving items requires contract editing permission and access to the contract's office.
States are refreshed by the daily recalculation and need not change exactly at each office's local midnight. If the dates have passed but the state does not match, ask the administrator to check the recalculation. Your current workplace's displayed time can differ from the contract office's business date.
Move all collateral to the store
- In the card showing “Ready for implementation”, click “Take it to the store”.
- Wait for the result. If the request is rejected, check staff permission, the current state and whether every item can make the transition.
- Reopen the card and check that the contract and every item show “In the store”, together with the item movement history.
This changes the contract and item states. It does not create a sale, payout, document package or fiscal receipt. Interest continues to accrue under the current tariff calculation while debt is outstanding, including while the items are in the store.
Check readiness for a separate sale
In the product catalog, check a positive selling price and its approval. Starting a sale requires separate product sale permission and an eligible item source. “In the store” alone does not confirm the price or all sale requirements.
Revenue accounting and debt write-off take place in a separate sale. After the last item is sold, the loan closes under the sale rules. This move does not automatically pay the customer any excess of proceeds over debt.
Return all collateral from the store
- Check that the contract and all its items still show “In the store”. If an item has been sold, returned to the customer or otherwise left the store, the collective reverse move is rejected.
- With the required permission, click “Return as deposit”, the current action for returning collateral.
- Check that the contract returns to “Ready for implementation” and the items regain their previous states from history. The main or grace period does not restart.
The reverse move is not a money refund, sale cancellation or customer redemption. For an ordinary extension or redemption of a loan already moved to the store, first complete an allowed return of all collateral, then start the separate contract operation. If previous item states were not restored, review the history with the administrator before the next action.
If GIIS DMDK is used
Moving to the store sets a local foreclosure-required flag on the linked receipt. It does not confirm foreclosure in the external system. Check the receipt and exchange separately; returning collateral also does not guarantee automatic cancellation of external foreclosure.
